Ok, there seems to be a mysterious condition going around that is causing sabotage to our eating. I know I'm not alone here when I admit that my eating this past little while leaves a lot to be desired, causing slight weight gain after such hard work to lose it.
I also know, that I am the same person who was practically flawless in my eating for like almost 90 days straight, so I know I can get ahold of this - who's with me??
There is no deadline for sign-ups, anyone can join at any time!!
All you have to do is check in once a week (at least) & let us know how you're doing. If/when you "cheat", simply let us know & I will restart your start date.
A cheat is defined as whatever a cheat would mean to you personally, whether it be going over your calories, bingeing, not eating enough, too many treats, etc. We all know when we've cheated, so just be honest with yourself
Let's be honest with each other & keep each other eating clean k? The PRIZE to the winner? Well that's easy - weight loss!!!!!!!!! (or maintenance for those at that stage!) Let's do this!

wow - maybe this is just what I need!
I want in as well, but not sure about definition of clean eating. If it is staying within calorie intake then its good. But why do daily caloric intake, isn't it better to do weekly caloric intake. I tend to flucuate my calories to avoid plateauing, but end up with the same product in the end. Let me know. Want the challenge!
i like prizes and/or rewards.... but how/what ?? do we send the winner each month flowers?? a fruit basket ? that would be cool...

alright i'm in! My reward? My goal weight which i'm supposed to acheive by the beginning of next month anyway!

I'm in! I've been doing okay most days, but lately, I've been cheating way too much. Probably only 100-200 calories per day, but it adds up!
Oh that's a great idea! We can each have our own reward & then when we win, we have to go and buy or do it!!!!! yay! Now, what should my reward be??? Hmmm, I have a few ideas! I think my reward will be a GPS watch for running!
Ok, so, my day was perfect. I had to substitute a bit of cheddar cheese (for protein) on my salad because I forgot I had run out of boiled egg whites. & now I'm out of salad. So I'm gonna go make me a new huge bowl & boil some egg whites for tomorrows salad.
I still have my snack to eat, so I'm soo looking forwad to that!!!
Oh and I've peed a bunch today so I think that 1.4 lbs that I was up today, well, it just may be gone tomorrow! Please God!!! lol!

Ok, so, my day was perfect. I had to substitute a bit of cheddar cheese (for protein) on my salad because I forgot I had run out of boiled egg whites. & now I'm out of salad. So I'm gonna go make me a new huge bowl & boil some egg whites for tomorrows salad.
I still have my snack to eat, so I'm soo looking forwad to that!!!

jjlewis305 - There's no real definition to this challenge. It's just about eating the best you can without cheating & bingeing.
You know, if for you, you take in a few more here & make up for it there, then that's what you do. I think we all know when we truly "cheat". So that's all this about. If it's a cheat for you, like you would not normally allow it, then that's what will cause disqualification. It's all on the honor system, so just do what you do & let us know how you're doing every day or so. have fun & eat good!!!
pharmspice - I like the idea of prizes too. Maybe whoever wins can put a "wish list" up at the end & everyone can mail them a small gift. Like a dollar or two kinda stuff, nail polish or stuff like that. I dunno. It'd be kinda hard to figure out, but we should try! Flowers would be nice too!! Or a fruit basket. Maybe we should try & think of it seriously. Maybe we can do a cash prize, everyone sends someone $5 & the winners split it. I dunno.
chan07 - I allow myself one "treat" every single day in my diet. It's part of my 1200 cals that I have. So if frozen yogurt is your treat or snack for the day, then you're in!!!
senioritakel - just eat whatever you would normally eat on your perfect days. Any variance from that (in a bad sense) is a cheat & means disqualification. Have fun! & lets' shed those pounds!!
rezaiasl - Oh this compeition is SOOO on right now!!!! I'm gonna be standing here on May 31 being a winner tooo!!!! Let's rock this!!!! & congrats for being so close to your goal weight, I know you can do this!!!! What a great reward!!!

Can I just say that the sending of gifts/rewards might be a little harder for me.. I live in New Zealand... miles away from the rest of you guys. I'll just sort out my own reward if I make it. uhh.. I mean WHEN I make it :-D And congratulate you guys when you make it!

I would love to try as well. I've been picking here and there a little too much lately.
My goal is to lose four pounds this month and so I will have at least a 500 Kcal defecit EVERYDAY!! If I want a bit of soy delicious I will workout longer to maintain the defecit!

4/30 - Clean day, yay! On track for today - 5/1
Just want to say that I'm off to a great start today. One of the co-workers brought in chocolate cupcakes with Bailey's irish cream icing. I'm staying away!!!
so far so good here!
