Ok, there seems to be a mysterious condition going around that is causing sabotage to our eating. I know I'm not alone here when I admit that my eating this past little while leaves a lot to be desired, causing slight weight gain after such hard work to lose it.
I also know, that I am the same person who was practically flawless in my eating for like almost 90 days straight, so I know I can get ahold of this - who's with me??
There is no deadline for sign-ups, anyone can join at any time!!
All you have to do is check in once a week (at least) & let us know how you're doing. If/when you "cheat", simply let us know & I will restart your start date.
A cheat is defined as whatever a cheat would mean to you personally, whether it be going over your calories, bingeing, not eating enough, too many treats, etc. We all know when we've cheated, so just be honest with yourself
Let's be honest with each other & keep each other eating clean k? The PRIZE to the winner? Well that's easy - weight loss!!!!!!!!! (or maintenance for those at that stage!) Let's do this!

Ok I am still going strong, 6 days clean and even went out to eat yesterday Yeah me!! this challange has been great for helping me to make smarter choices when it comes to meal times and another challenge is to eat when I am hungry not bored!!! it has forced me to find something else to do rather then just sit and eat. well first day of summer classes is today I am off but will check in later.

Still here. Sorry I haven't checked in here. I have stayed in my calorie allowance.
I'm still going, even though I've got a lot of stress because of classes and finals. Yesterday, I had to TRY to get in all of my calories, as opposed to trying to control my intake. It was a strangely rewarding feeling, to know that I can control myself, and food doesn't control me.
Im In! I could definitely use this. Ive been on a plateau lately, and honestly it just makes me want to binge. I dont do it, but the temptation is definitely there. Now that Ill have someone to be accountable to, itll definitely help.
-Reset me please- I made it to yesterday and indulged on fried/breaded chicken w/sushi (bento box) for lunch. The portion was huge so really more than i needed to eat at once. (I am usually doing 5 or 6 small meals a day)
1/2 way through day 9 and still clean! Woo Whoo!

Clean today. I had a close call at lunch when the judge called a lunch meeting. But I stuck with the caesar salad and it was fine. Oatmeal for breakfast, banana for snack, now I'm making brown rice and a yummy dal recipe with some sauteed kale. Also went for a run ... gotta work on that because it's been a long winter and my lungs are shot!

Does anyone have any suggestions for "easy foods" that would be good for me to bring to work? I always bring the same things to lunch for work and frankly, Im getting sick of them. My problem is that I only know a few things that are healthy to eat, so I eat them all the time. I guess you could say Im in a diet rut. Any suggestions for low cal, healthy lunches/dinners or snacks?
As for a snack, I occasionally treat myself to part of one of the chocolatey Luna bars and an apple, or apple segments with ONE tablespoon of all-natural peanut butter.
Lunch usually consists of an apple/orange/banana, something green and leafy, something like cooked peas, corn, broccoli, etc, and an open-faced tuna sandwich or other piece of meat (I usually only eat fish or eggs for animal protein) with MUSTARD. Yum! Mustard is fantastic!
Sometimes, along with a piece of fruit and peanut butter, I'll treat myself to a Vertigo Pop, which is only 80 calories and is a lollipop and chocolate all in one. Some people I know don't like them at all, though, so that would depend on your tastes.

hi all!! tom stopped by last night and i'm up 1.5lb from last week :( but without this clean eating challenge i'm sure it would have been so much more!!!) i'll get'em next week, for sure!! :):):)
Thanks for those suggestions. I am having such problems trying to figure out what else I can eat other than my usuals. For snacks throughout the day I usually have grapes or strawberries. For lunch I have a salad and occasionally a lean cuisine and usually and orange. Honestly, Im getting very bored with my diet. I need help!
