Ok, there seems to be a mysterious condition going around that is causing sabotage to our eating. I know I'm not alone here when I admit that my eating this past little while leaves a lot to be desired, causing slight weight gain after such hard work to lose it.

I also know, that I am the same person who was practically flawless in my eating for like almost 90 days straight, so I know I can get ahold of this - who's with me?? 

There is no deadline for sign-ups, anyone can join at any time!!

All you have to do is check in once a week (at least) & let us know how you're doing. If/when you "cheat", simply let us know & I will restart your start date.

A cheat is defined as whatever a cheat would mean to you personally, whether it be going over your calories, bingeing, not eating enough, too many treats, etc. We all know when we've cheated, so just be honest with yourself

Let's be honest with each other & keep each other eating clean k? The PRIZE to the winner? Well that's easy - weight loss!!!!!!!!! (or maintenance for those at that stage!) Let's do this!

After being clean for a week after a re-start, I'll re-bold your name. So you always have a chance to feel like you are succeeding. 

Also, if you just don't feel like you want to partake in the challenge anymore, can you let me know so I can remove your name from the list? Thanks!!

Anyone not checking in for one week (December 25 - December 31) will be removed from the challenge.

Had a busy as heck day today. I ended up having to pick up a cobb salad from Montana's Cookhouse and it was yummmmy! It had some high sodium deli meat as well as cheese on it, so I sacrificed my SKinny Cow ice cream as a result of it, but it's ok, it'll taste that much better tomorrow.

junkaholic - uhm, ya, I'd say you're alright. I mean you were gonna eat it anyway right? It doesn't matter when you eat it. You're fine & I wont' restart you.

lysistrata- ouch! hope you heal fast & hope it's not too painful. Ya, mouth pain will help big-time for eating good or hardly at all anyway! lol! Hey, what a great excuse to eat ice cream all day!lol!

rezaiasl- girl, I think you just might be the longest one standing. You really wanna win this hey? Way to go!!!! Im sure you'll make the best decision at whatever restaurant you choose.

k8ly - r u sure you need to be restarted? Sounds like you did ok if you ate "clean".

Good Morning!  Thanks Dee, yes I did very good yesterday!  :)  I'm even suprising myself! lol

I know that you have made a point that you want to make sure and have people check in to be restarted and whatnot so the people who have truly stuck with it get the recognition they deserve.  With that being said, I'm not trying to call anyone out, she may have just forgotton to check in, but this thread by pinthin yesterday suggests that she's no longer with the program.  Just wanted to let you know...hope I don't upset anyone.

So far so good from Monday --but my restart date should reflect Monday the 14th...Mother's day as I said in an earlier post was not good as far as clean eating goes,  I did not go too overboard but I did not count either and it was far from what I consider clean eating--brownies, fried bread dripping in caramel, fries....not too much of any one thing but the total was not clean...
hello! I am still doin good, I think! Today my company bought us pizza for lunch so I am not going to count that against me since I'll still be within my calories and that is what I was aiming for. I am ONLY having 2 pieces so I am not going to be pizza bingeing either :) Salad for dinner tonight and I should be good to go!

Yeah, Dee - go ahead and reset me, please.  I had a couple B's and a B+, and I pigged out way too much this weekend.  I'm still getting rid of it, if you know what I mean ~_^.  I spiked back up to 130 yesterday (down to 127.8 today so I know it was from the way I ate this weekend which then threw off my workout schedule Mon and Tues.)

SO!  New game plan=new start.  This is going to a test of consistancy for me - eat (and excersise) relatively the same no matter what day it is rather than trying to add up how much I burn and "eating up" to a certain deficit.  Gonna have to be a bit flexible on the weekends since hubby and I tend to eat out a lot - but to fluctuate anywhere from 1300 to 1600 to 1900 calories is just not working for my system.

Anyway, that's the plan ^_^.  So far so good today!
I have been doing pretty good lately. Had a weekend driving trip this past weekend, and was not able to eat as well as I wanted to . I've got down to 133, and now I'm 134.5 again, so I have to work really hard this week! But I think I'm still on track.
Day 3 after restarting! Going GREAT!!!
STILL CLEAN - but yesterday was a close one - whew!!  I beat the binge as it was happening.  I ate 2 granola bars after work (like 320 calories).  I could've kept going, too!!  But somehow I got my head back on straight, went to the gym - worked out, and went without supper to compensate for the extra calories.  I ended up staying within calorie range by day's end.

Only 3 more days 'til my planned 'free day!'  WOO HOO!!
Ok all, I've been sending messages to all who I dont' remember hearing from for a long time. Unfortuately there is a limit to the # of emails you can send in a day & yesterday & not today, I have reached that limit. I should be able to finish the list off tomorrow.

A few have dropped out or asked to be restarted. You can check the list out & it shows the modified list so far. Those of you who have been with us since day 1 (apr 30), a few have been dropped or reset, so the longest running clean eating people list has gotten smaller! Way to go all!!!!

It's kind of a pain in the butt to have to follow up with so many people, so if I could please ask you all a huge favor, that if you decide you no longer wish to be part of the challenge, either email me or let us know here, k? THanks soooo mcuh! That way, those who are still in it are the only ones getting recognized for their accomplishments.

Ok, that said, had a super busy day yesteday & ate perfect. Tonite we're having steak & I'm soooo looking forward to that!!

hey all! still clean for me... today my was dad's birthday and i had a sliver of cake, but that's okay... i made sure i ate less during the day so i could eat the cake :) . and i didn't go over my calorie limit!
Day 3 ends great! Cant wait to start day 4 tomorrow! I am a little nervous. I am going to meet a friend for lunch at Fridays! I dont see many healthy choices on the online menu. I am going basic. Chicken and a potato, or a chicken salad of some sort! Wish me well!
Had a great eating day. Ended up missing a meal cuz I went riding for so long & figured I'd just make supper when I got back, yum steak dinner!!! I added in some fruit to make up the cals from the missed meal. It was a nice treat to have some fruit. I usually don't eat much fruit cuz it's so high in cals and adds up fast. I had a small banana while I was making dinner, a wedge of watermelon & some fresh pineapple!! mmmmm

:( I need to restart. I was at a conference and they had like one plate of veggies and 6 of meat all covered in bbq sauce! So those two days went out the window. Tomorrow's a fresh start and i am ready to go 'clean' again!!

Restart me...
Good morning all! So last nighth for dinner i went wih my boyfriend. Ordered a chicken salad with dressing on the sdie (WHICH WAS HUGE by the way). ate the whole thing, without dressing because there was fruit and figs in the salad that made it moist. BUT, i did have a pretty big slice of bread with a little bit of butter on it, and a small slcie of his pizza which i wasnt planning on having. This mornign i weighed in the same amoutn as yesterday morning so i'm guessing i just maintained, which i'm okay with, however i'm not sure if that slice of pizza counts as cheating? I would say so actually....start over? What do you think??
Sad, but true...I need a restart - I went over by 300 calories yesterday.
I have been doing well since my restart.... just very busy during finals week.  So I haven't had a lot of time to check in.
