Ok, there seems to be a mysterious condition going around that is causing sabotage to our eating. I know I'm not alone here when I admit that my eating this past little while leaves a lot to be desired, causing slight weight gain after such hard work to lose it.
I also know, that I am the same person who was practically flawless in my eating for like almost 90 days straight, so I know I can get ahold of this - who's with me??
There is no deadline for sign-ups, anyone can join at any time!!
All you have to do is check in once a week (at least) & let us know how you're doing. If/when you "cheat", simply let us know & I will restart your start date.
A cheat is defined as whatever a cheat would mean to you personally, whether it be going over your calories, bingeing, not eating enough, too many treats, etc. We all know when we've cheated, so just be honest with yourself
Let's be honest with each other & keep each other eating clean k? The PRIZE to the winner? Well that's easy - weight loss!!!!!!!!! (or maintenance for those at that stage!) Let's do this!

This is what I have started doing. Even if I overeat, I am logging in the calories. To my surprise, it is less then I think it is going to be. Today I had about 2,200 calories. I can have 1750 + 360 for excercise. So, really I was not that over. Yes, I ate too many cookies butt I put the bag away. Plus, I still logged in my calories and can see it isn't as bad as I thought it was. It helps to stop the binge there because I can visually see the damage is not that bad!
I don't feel I need a re-start because I put the bag away and was only over my calorie count by a couple of 100 calories. Maybe this will help someone else. It is really helping me.

9 days clean now, and 1.5 pounds away from my goal weight!!
hows every body feeling with the nice weather here i am loven it i am outside every day with my little ones (when it is not raining) keeping them out of the road and trouble is a good work out. i am a little tierd today but getting up at 230 am for work does that to you, but other then that i am still feeling great and going strong and i am starting this commit to get fit thing here at work i am pretty happy about that. I have a long time to go to get to my goal but i take it one day at a time and i will get it done i think i am doing alright so far. I am proud of every body who has hung in there and all those who are trying over and over agian at least you are trying that is how you start to change. and setting goals for your self is good. have a good day lisa

Hi everyone! I am still here, but I need a restart for May 28th (stupid road-trip!). I am dedicated now to being clean until June 9th. That is less than two weeks, and I know I can totally do it, just need to concentrate!

Had a great day! Got to ride today, albeit, brifely. But any ride is a good one!! Lost 3 lbs this week & I'm pretty excited about that. Total of 46.8 lbs since Jan 25! yay!!!

i am still clean and very tierd agian today but maybe it is my new medtion i am on topamax has anyone taken that or heard any thing about that med, i work at a hospital in michigan i work in the lab. my hours are 430 am till 1pm and most days i dont get to bed untill bed 9pm so i get about 5 hours of sleep a night. any way if any one has heard any thing about that med topamax let me know please thanks. have a great day lisa. @--->----
topamax does cause fatigue... it increases % as the dose increases...50mg/day 14% 100mg/day 15% 200mg/day 19% but placebo caused it in 11% so subtract that out. If it is too bothersome talk to your doctor.
