Ok, there seems to be a mysterious condition going around that is causing sabotage to our eating. I know I'm not alone here when I admit that my eating this past little while leaves a lot to be desired, causing slight weight gain after such hard work to lose it.
I also know, that I am the same person who was practically flawless in my eating for like almost 90 days straight, so I know I can get ahold of this - who's with me??
There is no deadline for sign-ups, anyone can join at any time!!
All you have to do is check in once a week (at least) & let us know how you're doing. If/when you "cheat", simply let us know & I will restart your start date.
A cheat is defined as whatever a cheat would mean to you personally, whether it be going over your calories, bingeing, not eating enough, too many treats, etc. We all know when we've cheated, so just be honest with yourself
Let's be honest with each other & keep each other eating clean k? The PRIZE to the winner? Well that's easy - weight loss!!!!!!!!! (or maintenance for those at that stage!) Let's do this!

I had planned a 'free day' Saturday - and I really feel I abused that and went overboard. Mark me down for a restart as of June 9 - I'm on day #3 for being clean.

i am doing sooo well! today after dinner i realized I was 250 UNDER my daily intake and I treated myself to a glass of milk and a small brownie!! yummm...

i am still clean an feeling good and i am down 3lbs so that is a total of 10 yea i am so happy i was trying to stay away from the scale because i thought i had not lost any thing and i still did i have a lot to go but now i am happy. have a good day lisa

Please restart me for June 12. I have got to stop eating. I am going to try some of the clean eating rules from some of the above posts, mostly eating healthy most of the time and staying between 1200-1300 calories a day and 1500-1600 on weekends. It has been hard lately with alot going on. I also have been limited on my cardio as I have bronchitis and it is just hanging on and on. I have a 5 mi run scheduled for Sat and am just hoping I can do it. I ran this last year with my son (16) and we are going to do it together on Sat which is nice bonding time. He totally smokes me but I least I finish. Let's see if I can make it 7 days--my times are getting shorter and shorter. I would like to make it to July 1st, and I will try for that.
I'm still clean. I ate a few more calories than my 1500 / day allowance this weekend, but I don't consider myself not clean unless I go over 2000 / day. So, so far so good!
Argh...restart please. Got stuck at work for 14 hours yesterday
without healthy meals. Someone was going on a food run so i ended
up eating icky greasy fast food (which I don't even like) then felt bad
enough about it to overdo it today...and eat sweets.
I'm still on track. Today was a fruit-veggies-nuts-water only day for me. It was fantastic, and I only need to drink two more bottles of water today to continue flushing out my system. I think I'll continue the fruit-veggies-nuts-water for a few days because it's helping to get rid of the -harmless- parasites I picked up while in China.
Then I'll go on the yogurt diet to replenish the bacteria in my digestive system.
My weight is still staying at 133, but I'm not too worried about it. It's annoying but not the end of the world as long as I'm eating healthy!

Well, I didn't start that off too very well. I need to start over as of today. Chocolate binge last night - 4 Reese's cups. OUCH!.

I'm still here. I want some frickin cake! I don't know guys. I'll let you know what happens, unless there is some diet, sugar free piece of cardboard out there that tastes like cake.
I have to restart after last night. Husband took me to Shari's where there are no vegetarian options besides pancakes & hash browns, and I didn't feel like making a meal out of side dishes, so I had a greasegardenburger with fries. I don't think it'll hurt much because I went to a cycling class on Monday and then played tennis with my husband last night, but still ... it was probably at least 800-1000 calories. Definitely counts as a cheat.
