Ok, there seems to be a mysterious condition going around that is causing sabotage to our eating. I know I'm not alone here when I admit that my eating this past little while leaves a lot to be desired, causing slight weight gain after such hard work to lose it.
I also know, that I am the same person who was practically flawless in my eating for like almost 90 days straight, so I know I can get ahold of this - who's with me??
There is no deadline for sign-ups, anyone can join at any time!!
All you have to do is check in once a week (at least) & let us know how you're doing. If/when you "cheat", simply let us know & I will restart your start date.
A cheat is defined as whatever a cheat would mean to you personally, whether it be going over your calories, bingeing, not eating enough, too many treats, etc. We all know when we've cheated, so just be honest with yourself
Let's be honest with each other & keep each other eating clean k? The PRIZE to the winner? Well that's easy - weight loss!!!!!!!!! (or maintenance for those at that stage!) Let's do this!

well ive been doing great guys! wish me luck though - i have a very set routine, and im going away for the weekend to go to a fencing competition. hope everything goes well and i don't lose too bad!

The only thing in the house is meat and doughnuts, and I'm not exaggerating. And I can't eat meat without throwing up, so I ate doughnuts. :( I was trapped in the house doing a garage sale, so I couldn't even go out to buy real food!!
Maybe I'll get to go shopping tomorrow and get a clean start.
Bleah, I feel so sick and awful now. Honestly, my parents must take joy in sabotaging me because they refuse to lose weight, so why should anyone else in the house be healthy? I don't know, it's the only thing I can think of. :/
Time for a quart of water and then getting ready for bed. Hopefully I can flush out some of this sick grease&fat&sugar. Ewwwww.

Howdy clean-eaters! Browndgg, "martoonie" is just a corny name for a martini, it might have been fashionable/funny to use it in the 1950's or so, rat-pack style. Thanks, Dee, I'm staying moderate over here, and CLEAN :) I danced my socks off (as well as worked the vodka off) last night, and will do so again tonight. Cerhiunnhn, a donut becomes clean (in my book) if you wash it down with a black coffee and enjoy every single glorious bite of it. I'm not in a donut-making culture and I miss a glazed old fashioned like nobody's business. One of those in the morning is like jet fuel for me. I was trying to think of the taco, "al pastor" yesterday - two tiny tacos in moderation: bliss.
I ate kind of weird yesterday. I stayed within my calorie intake but don't really like what I choose to ate. I am still in there no need to re-start. It is a good feeling to know that I want to eat more healthy and didn't quite hit the bar yesterday. It is also good to know that even when you don't eat that healthy you can still stay in your budget.
Hey Dee, no problem about deleting me from the list, I fully understand. I got kindof busy and knew I had to restart anyways so I didn't check back in. But I'll be doing better this next week!

I ate a lot of fruit and mushrooms and salad, but also a lot of chips and guac and brownie bites and cake and cookies and soda, potato and macaroni salad...omg I was so full I couldn't even eat any of the bread or sandwich stuff which was supposed to be the "main course". My mom tried to pawn off the extra food on me and I said NO WAY, so I'm proud of myself in that regard ;) Oh, and I only had a HALF a piece of cake. Hahaha. I was SOOO bad tonight. Can't wait to go grocery shopping for GOOD food this weekend!!!

Hey Dee. I'm still being good despite TOM! My boyfriend kept going on and on about fried foods and how he wanted them so bad. Oh man you should have seen the dirty looks I shot him. Do NOT tempt me with fried things during TOM season. It's just not wise :)

I'm still here and clean. Somewhat proud of myself for making it
through last night. Some friends hosted an open bar extravaganza
but I made it through unscathed...a drink or two, just to be social,
but didn't touch the greasy bar food or raid the fridge when I got
home. Yeah.
On the friends and family sabotage note...that's still one of the hardest things for me. I will say I'm getting better at turning people down...hoping that if I keep turning them down now when I'm feeling strong, that in the future when I may not be feeling so strong they'll get the hint and give up after one "no" instead of sensing weakness and laying on the peer pressure :)
BTW, Dee...I'm liking the P90X so far. Its tough, but its nice to come home and throw the DVD in for solid resistence training instead of having to change clothes and drag my butt out to the gym after work. A little bummed though because I always feel like I shed pounds faster when I'm running and the DVD schedule is so full, don't really see a way to fit running in without overdoing it. Maybe in 90 days...maintenance phase.

Not clean, I have been bad all week and have not had time to post. I am going to give This another try and see if I can continue. At this point if I can make it a day I will be happy. It is so hard in the summer with the kids home from school. I think I have become addicted to Frito's flavor twists (barbeque). Once I eat one I am done and cannot stop. Thankfully there are no more in my house. I am actually writing down on paper right now what I am going to eat tommorrow so I can stay in my calorie range. Something about the summer makes it harder for me. I am always much better during the rest of the year. I did go to the store and buy lite ice cream and the skinny cow things so I can allow myself some treats when I am giving the kids ice cream instead of eating the regular stuff. I am hoping these new tactics will help. I will let you know. Restart date tommorrow, 6/25.

Hi all:) I'm back from my trip. It was more like hiking and mountain climbing. So I ate more bread than usual but still was in my calorie intake. I've lost 2 pounds for these three days! I think I'm still clean. What do you think?
It's Monday and I am clean. I was kind of hoping to eat badly but simply didn't get the opportunity this last weekend! So I am clean, mean and, uh, wanna-be-lean :) Nancy
