Ok, there seems to be a mysterious condition going around that is causing sabotage to our eating. I know I'm not alone here when I admit that my eating this past little while leaves a lot to be desired, causing slight weight gain after such hard work to lose it.
I also know, that I am the same person who was practically flawless in my eating for like almost 90 days straight, so I know I can get ahold of this - who's with me??
There is no deadline for sign-ups, anyone can join at any time!!
All you have to do is check in once a week (at least) & let us know how you're doing. If/when you "cheat", simply let us know & I will restart your start date.
A cheat is defined as whatever a cheat would mean to you personally, whether it be going over your calories, bingeing, not eating enough, too many treats, etc. We all know when we've cheated, so just be honest with yourself
Let's be honest with each other & keep each other eating clean k? The PRIZE to the winner? Well that's easy - weight loss!!!!!!!!! (or maintenance for those at that stage!) Let's do this!

ok so far so good I called it a bit close cause we went out for mexican for dinner and it is hard to get any thing low cal in a mexican restauraunt. Good thing was even though I wasn,t planning on going out for dinner I worked on the girls room through lunch and had a light breakfast of fruit and coffe so the meal I had used most of my cals for the day and I feel like I will probably be stuffed till next fourth of july. lol I saw my bar get yellow and realized I didnt add my salad and got nervous but salad in this places is simply shredded lettuce and tomato slices with lime to squeeze over it . I think I'll save my slim a bear and skinny cows for another day then I can stay clean today. Hows it going Dee?
yuffle- if you plan to treat yourself throughout this process you might not feel the need to cheat! I learned to keep plenty of 100 cal snacks on hand fo those occasion and since my vice is ice cream I keep plenty of slim a bear (100cal Klondike type) and skinny cows or even frozen fuit bars on hand. Youll do better tomorrow I know.

ok dee I will let it slide especially cause we are cooking out today and I do not do well at cook outs although breakfast and an early workout are already in the bag.
I went out for lunch yesterday with some work friends and insisted on going to a mongolian bbq place. Piled on the vegetabales some chicken and shrimp, and sauces. Did a little calculation including 2 tbs of vegetable oil as I dont know if that what they use. Did not add any pasta or rice or tortillas and just enjoyed my little dish. It was filling and after my calculations I was well under 600 calories which makes me feel good. Hurray to the mongolian bbq for a delicious and cheatfree meal.

Dee you are not kiddin about the time flying thing the other thing is does every seem to think about food allday long when you are eating right and alot less when you are just eating whatever you want. Its 3:48 and I was thinking I might go over being as we are cooking tons on the grill, however I logged in what I ate so far and I am only at 776 calories not bad I still have green salad and fruit salad in the house and since I bought fruit salad as the desert, I might just be able to stay within calories. I had 3 oz of ribs and a chicken thigh with a little mac salad. but I got to admit I have been eyeing the chicken wings mmmmmm... No I must stay clean I must stay clean oh well Im grabbing a water bottle and maybe a nap talk to you guys later.
Dee I think I got 8.5 pounds of sodium again from the last too days. I probably should flush it the next two days but man the food looks so good and I didn't have to cook. That is when food taste the best right.. Clean thoughts ..... clean thoughts...

mabear - ya you're right, when you have to wait for those 3 hrs till you can eat next, all you wanna do is eat. & after I've had my meal, all I want to do is eat more. It's weird.
I went to bed real late last night & therefore got up real late too, so I missed my morning meal. It's ok though, I had my cereal & I'm gonna have bbq steak w/baked potato & a huge salad later. Thats not many cals so I'm gonna splurge on some m&ms to make up the difference. :) yay!

Oh and I was down one pound today even with the crap eating yesterday :)

Hey Guys I need to restart, sad thing is wasn't even a good cheat!!!
Dee start me for tomorrow didn't realize corn on the cob was so many calories and I'll just have to log before I eat tomorrow and not after.

I didn't have ANY of the cake, cupcakes, brownies, OR cookies at the party we stayed at all day yesterday. I will admit it was one of the hardest things i've ever had to do.
My short-term goal right now is untill the 14th, because i'm going to schlitterbahn :)
