Ok, there seems to be a mysterious condition going around that is causing sabotage to our eating. I know I'm not alone here when I admit that my eating this past little while leaves a lot to be desired, causing slight weight gain after such hard work to lose it.

I also know, that I am the same person who was practically flawless in my eating for like almost 90 days straight, so I know I can get ahold of this - who's with me?? 

There is no deadline for sign-ups, anyone can join at any time!!

All you have to do is check in once a week (at least) & let us know how you're doing. If/when you "cheat", simply let us know & I will restart your start date.

A cheat is defined as whatever a cheat would mean to you personally, whether it be going over your calories, bingeing, not eating enough, too many treats, etc. We all know when we've cheated, so just be honest with yourself

Let's be honest with each other & keep each other eating clean k? The PRIZE to the winner? Well that's easy - weight loss!!!!!!!!! (or maintenance for those at that stage!) Let's do this!

If you lose your mind & cheat, just let me know. Then you can re-start from the next day. I'll simply unbold your name, along with updating your new start date.

After being clean for a week after a re-start, I'll re-bold your name. So you always have a chance to feel like you are succeeding. 

Also, if you just don't feel like you want to partake in the challenge anymore, can you let me know so I can remove your name from the list? Thanks!!

Anyone not checking in for one week (December 25 - December 31) will be removed from the challenge.

I think I solved my problem or almost I ate 6 of those fruit wedge jelly canies which weren't filling but high in bad sugar but any way it was worth 300 cals . I can't wait till the kids finish those things cause they are one of my favs and straight sugar but they were a life savor tonight. I am still under 1400 1332 to be exact. maybe I'll forgo the 60 some odd calories and go try some yoga . I don't think that will make my thighs any worse then they feel right now. I finally can sit down but getting up is still a problem.
All is well here. It's been hot as blazes but I still managed to mow our front lawn today. It's not been growing very much cuz it's been so dry, so I'll water all day tomorrow.

It's 6:41, and today all I wanna do is eat eat eat. Nothing I ate seems to satisfy me & it's driving me bonkers. I even ate my 7:30 salad just now. But I want more. I will not give in - I already had an extra treat thinking that would help, but no. And now I'm at my limit for the day.

Hmmmmm hopefully it all passes. I am gonna go riding at about 8/8:30 when it cools down a few degrees. But I always work up such an appetite after riding. I guess you really do burn calories riding.

mabear- I'm glad you found something to up the cals. Not the best choice but no problem there, I'd always choose to make up cals with "fun" food instead of good-for-me food too! ;)
Glad your thighs are feeling a bit better,yoga will do them good.

I'm cracking down on myself again... not in a mean way but in a determined way. I've been doing really horrible this whole week, and I need a restart as of today (monday the 16th).  I've been emotionally eating all this past week, and it got its very worse when I went to the amusement park. It was ridiculous. Eating like I did does not make things better and in fact carries the whole mess even farther than it ever was. *exhales* So yeah. I need a restart, and this time I intend to make it last.

The wedding I attended Saturday was buffet style, extremely rare here and people were thrown completely out of whack about it.  But it was so much better for clean eating from my standpoint.  I probably consumed only 2000 cals at dinner instead of the 3 to 4000 I had forecasted.  Now, I gotta find out what these DIBS are...?!!
Hi all...still here and still clean.  Have to say that working out and starting to see results is more motivating than the post-its in my car, but who cares... I'm still clean.

Over the weekend I had ate soo terribly and I had no access to a computer for the majority of it.  I got on here and I reported to restart and THEN I went and logged my calories. I was only 150 calories over my target!....With all the junk I consumed I could not belive that i was only 150 over!

Oh well, I cheated myself this weekend, I continued to work out but I failed to eat smart and that's where I went wrong *sigh*

Hope every one is doing good on here, I've been doing good since yesterday! and I discovered that Yoplait light yogurt is REALLY yummy!

chumbl3- amusement park hey? sounds like fun. &ya you're right, eating bad does nto make things better. But I guess temporarily they taste better.

nancy- good job on the buffet! Oh boy, you better not find out what Dibs are! you'll be in trouble !lol!! I love 'em!!! (especially when they get melty inside) mmmmm!

The restart for July 15 isn't because of the 150 over (even though I thought it would be MUCH higher) It's simply because I pigged out on a bunch of junk.  I didn't eat basically ANYTHING healthy.  It's sort of a slap on my wrist to start over.  so to answer your question, yes.

Phew, I am still going on clean eating... and just discovered the joys of Fit TV.  Every muscle in my body is shaking and I LOVE IT!  And the trainers on the TV are so positive and funny!  Highly recommended!
hello gang still clean Day 4 ! this time and sofar out of four days I have worked out three. I am pooped! I actually started the learn to run thing today WOOHOO! anyway I found it seems easier to work out at the gym cause there is not all the inteuptions like at home. I had to reschedual with the trainer for wednesday I have a friend who is Finally leaving an abusive bf FINALLY! so I gotta go help her move out but I am gonna try to get some kind of a work out early in the morning.
Hi! I would love to be in this challenge! I need something to motivate me to keep that fork out of my hand and to keep me from ordering starbucks every day (I'm going to limit it to 3 times a week because they are pretty low cal, they just have lots of sugar). This would be amazing! Thanks for starting this!!! I'm going to start tmro!

Day one down, rest of my lift to go!  Clean eating rocks.  I actually started a diet detox today.  I detoxed about two weeks ago, got 6 days into it,lost 10 pounds in 4 days and then started eating like a pig until i regained 8 pounds.  I am hoping not to sabotage myself with the help of the group.

thininside - what's the diet detox?  Your user name makes me think about what mine could be - fatinside.  I lost my weight, mostly, so I'm not visibly overweight now - BUT inside I still have the impulses and (this will sound strange) the desire to be larger again.  I'm healthier as I am, but I am of the opinion that women are more attractive when they are shapelier, have meat on their bones, even to excess.  When we were at a thermal spa a few weeks ago, I thought the few overweight women were far more sexy than all the slim ones put together.  I realize what I'm typing is akin to heresy on this website, and it's come as a surprise to even me, but there you have it.  Nancy
