Ok, there seems to be a mysterious condition going around that is causing sabotage to our eating. I know I'm not alone here when I admit that my eating this past little while leaves a lot to be desired, causing slight weight gain after such hard work to lose it.
I also know, that I am the same person who was practically flawless in my eating for like almost 90 days straight, so I know I can get ahold of this - who's with me??
There is no deadline for sign-ups, anyone can join at any time!!
All you have to do is check in once a week (at least) & let us know how you're doing. If/when you "cheat", simply let us know & I will restart your start date.
A cheat is defined as whatever a cheat would mean to you personally, whether it be going over your calories, bingeing, not eating enough, too many treats, etc. We all know when we've cheated, so just be honest with yourself
Let's be honest with each other & keep each other eating clean k? The PRIZE to the winner? Well that's easy - weight loss!!!!!!!!! (or maintenance for those at that stage!) Let's do this!

Yesterday was 10 days! wooohoo!!!! I've allowed myself to have ice cream today as a reward...I'll be eating mostly fruit today to let the ice cream fit in without going too far over my calories ;-) I'm excited, this is the longest I've been able to last so WOOOO!

Well here I go! I am jumping in with both feet! I just started this on monday 7/23 and so far I am clean as a whistle. Sign me in!
is it too late to join? i really need these.....i really try to do good, and i am getting soo close (ive lost 16lbs && only 5lbs more!!!) but the closer i get the harder it is to eat good. its like the ice cream in the freezer is just calling my name!!!!

Doing great still. Last night my hubby had a pizza & I had two of his crusts. It was a nice treat but I certainly did not crave the whole piece (pepperoni = yucky!). Had a huge cobb salad from Montana's instead of my 6" subway sub so I had the cals to spare for the crusts. Think I"ll do the salad again today. Sucks that it's like $15 though! OH well!

Still clean! ALMOST screwed it up the other day though...
I do a thing on the side called mystery shops and I did one yesterday after work for a gas station. One of the requirements was to go in a purchase at least $1 worth of items inside, and I have no idea why, but I picked up a Peanut Butter Twix and a pack of peanut butter M&M's. I must have been craving peanut butter! Well, now that I had them, I wanted to eat them sooooooo badly, but I knew that I shouldn't. After about an hour of drinking water though, the craving was stil there! I ended up having to send an e-mail to my boyfriend telling him that I wanted to eat them SO bad and asking him to talk me out of it. He replied telling me how much he loves Peanut Butter Twix and Peanut Butter M&M's and implied that he wanted to eat them, which is GENIUS because he knows I won't eat them if he wants them! Good thing too, because I would have DEEPLY regretted it later.

Please restart me for today.
I have been really hungry lately. I don't have a clue why either. I've been trying to put more protein in my diet hoping that maybe that will curb some of my cravings. I've been eating just under my calorie limit lately which is actually kind of high for me. Especially considering I'm used to only eating 1300-1500 calories a day. Now at 1700 I still feel hungry. Hm... maybe I'll add more vegetables too. They're good at making me feel full.
i just finished a "30 hour famine" fast with my youth group. i had a large breakfast on friday morning, then i didnt eat (only drank water) until earlier this evening when we all went out to eat together. i feel really good. i had some strawberries when i got home before a bike ride, but other wise i didnt eat much today. im ready to be super healthy and revitalized tomorrow! i did a lot of thinking about my food addiction while at a cabin away from it all, in prayer time, in free time, etc... i did a lot of writing as well. i feel ready to really do it this time. i'm ready. i love healthy food :) especially cheerios :)

morgen12 - Think how crappy it'll be to have to start under a new date. That's usually my motivation. You can do it! Even if you're not sure about youself, it's okay because I am. I know you'll continue eating clean.
