Ok, there seems to be a mysterious condition going around that is causing sabotage to our eating. I know I'm not alone here when I admit that my eating this past little while leaves a lot to be desired, causing slight weight gain after such hard work to lose it.
I also know, that I am the same person who was practically flawless in my eating for like almost 90 days straight, so I know I can get ahold of this - who's with me??
There is no deadline for sign-ups, anyone can join at any time!!
All you have to do is check in once a week (at least) & let us know how you're doing. If/when you "cheat", simply let us know & I will restart your start date.
A cheat is defined as whatever a cheat would mean to you personally, whether it be going over your calories, bingeing, not eating enough, too many treats, etc. We all know when we've cheated, so just be honest with yourself
Let's be honest with each other & keep each other eating clean k? The PRIZE to the winner? Well that's easy - weight loss!!!!!!!!! (or maintenance for those at that stage!) Let's do this!

Agony, it's Tuesday isn't it? I was truly NOT CLEAN at the weekend, kind of went for broke... but that certain maxim about a POT (s it or get off) came into mind and I got serious as of yesterday, Monday. I'm so fed up with not taking care of myself or having a care for what I'm putting into my body. So, that was my semi-binge done and dusted. I like count-it-07's rules esp. No. 4! It is a pure indulgence to get down on ourselves, and it's counterproductive. If anyone else want to throw up their rules, let's see 'em! I find it very motivational :) My new personal rule is to be honest with myself about what I eat. I kind of went astray in that area. Bye gang! Nancy

I'm sitting here...syked up to state my personal rules for being clean and came to a screeching halt. lol Putting things in writing is an interesting way to make us accountable. Which, is the point, eh.
ok
1. Counting/Logging calories every day.
2. Staying between 1200 & 1300 a day.
3. Exercising 3x a week. 30 min cardio 30 min weights
4. Drinking 30 oz. of water daily (this is huge for me, I hate water)
5. Computer Limit 3 hours per day (trust me, this is going to be the real test) (Not on the computer, I should be moving, right.)
The first 3 I'm pretty good at already (except staying in my calorie range on weekends, really going to have to work hard at that) The last two will be where I push myself to be better. As this progresses I know I will need to up my exercise and water - but this is my start.

Ok, all is well. I am gonna reset my date for today, just cuz I ate a few extra treats yesterday. Didn't go over by much but still, I cannot allow extra treats to start happening, cuz then you almost give yourself permission to do it again & again & thus starts the upward cycle, yet again. So just to be held accountible, I shall start over.
I would hvae been rebolded a few days ago, but our internet was down for 3 days & now is back up. So sorry for not catching up on things here.

Still good but I cant seem to shake this pound back off. I dont know where it came from! I seriously think my head contains a pound of boogers. Darn cold.

er, need a restart...and a revise. There is no way I am going to be able to give up the computer time. I am a junkie, period. So let me take that off the goal list.

Just checking in. I am still doing really good on my clean eating!! I have been the most strict ever on my calories. I have been doing good for 2 weeks and lost weight the first week gained a little the second. I am having an RMR test done the 13th but I am calling to try to change it to this upcoming Saturday so I can make sure I am eating the correct amount of calories so I can lose weight as a reward for how good I have been. I have been good at going to the gym as well so the weight gain even though it was small was a real downer. Wont stop me though

Checking in again.. I'm still eating clean, but for some reason my weight seems to be up about 7 pounds- and staying up! I really can't figure out why, but it sure is frustrating. I'm not letting it defeat my clean eating, though, so I'll just keep on working through it.
