Ok, there seems to be a mysterious condition going around that is causing sabotage to our eating. I know I'm not alone here when I admit that my eating this past little while leaves a lot to be desired, causing slight weight gain after such hard work to lose it.

I also know, that I am the same person who was practically flawless in my eating for like almost 90 days straight, so I know I can get ahold of this - who's with me?? 

There is no deadline for sign-ups, anyone can join at any time!!

All you have to do is check in once a week (at least) & let us know how you're doing. If/when you "cheat", simply let us know & I will restart your start date.

A cheat is defined as whatever a cheat would mean to you personally, whether it be going over your calories, bingeing, not eating enough, too many treats, etc. We all know when we've cheated, so just be honest with yourself

Let's be honest with each other & keep each other eating clean k? The PRIZE to the winner? Well that's easy - weight loss!!!!!!!!! (or maintenance for those at that stage!) Let's do this!

If you lose your mind & cheat, just let me know. Then you can re-start from the next day. I'll simply unbold your name, along with updating your new start date.

After being clean for a week after a re-start, I'll re-bold your name. So you always have a chance to feel like you are succeeding. 

Also, if you just don't feel like you want to partake in the challenge anymore, can you let me know so I can remove your name from the list? Thanks!!

Anyone not checking in for one week (December 25 - December 31) will be removed from the challenge.

Oh gosh, I've been away for sooo long. Sorry guys!! I"m back but I do have a really busy week this week. I'm gonna update tonite. Still doing awesome here & only 9.4 lbs from my final weight goal of 135 - yay!!!

& ya, I'm one of those who have never really over eaten to the point of feeling so full that I feel sick. I don't know why. I think I just don't think I'd like the feeling. Try eating slower, that way your brain tells you it's full long before you scarf too much down. Also, try eating till you just feel like you're not hungry anymore.  You know, just to fill that empty hole feeling. & if you get hungry later, just have a bit more.

Still clean after my restart, and I've just learned that a few of my friends are on Weight Watchers. . . so we're all healthy eating buddies!!  Which makes college eating a little bit easier since we all peer-pressure each other OUT of eating bad foods.  Haha.
Please restart me. >_< I'm in the middle of finals and I was not paying attention at all to what I was eating today while cramming for two big tests tomorrow. I'm not going to really beat myself up over it though- tomorrow's a new day! :D

Hi everyone, hi Dee!  Dee - are you planning on anything to celebrate when you get to your goal weight?  Not long to go at all now!  May I ask, how many cals do you average a day?

I must admit - I'm no longer clean.  I'd like a re-start for Monday, please.  I have been using a week's worth of days to judge my clean-ness (??) and this last week was a close call and then I just over-did it.  By a lot.  At least no binging this week, which is a relief.

Besides trying to keep my cals down this week, I'm going to try to eat slower and not to fullness.  I'd be a lot healthier if I could follow this.  Take care everyone, have a good week ahead!  Nancy

nancy- ya, I probably should have a final reward. Honestly I never even thought about it, guess I probably get on that hey? You know, for this last little while, I've not even been counting but just letting myself eat reasonably & just not bother with cals. It's worked out alright. I'm in my busiest time of year now, so I figure as long as I don't binge on anything, I'm good to go & it's coming off just fine. I haven't even had time to work out, but after this week, I get back to some normalcy so I'll be working out again.
I like how you changed your rules. It really does set you up for success. But good for you for catching yourself & nipping it in the bud. Keep it up girl! Onto boldness for you!

Dee....... where has everyone gone? I feel so terrible that it says well done.. 2nd place........I have been SO bad, havent been in touch with you for a while and my bingeing has been going so bad! It is all to do with being happy and relaxed in my new life...but at the same time it then makes you feel awful when you see what weight youve put on! nitemare! I am now on day 2 of clean healthy eating... I know its not a good time now, what with christmas coming up but I need to shift atleast 7lbs so that I feel good again! Please re-add me Dee, remember that today is my 2nd day! Its my birthday on the 19th, I SO want to get dressed up nice and actually feel good too, I WILL DO IT! I'm not sure if I'll be able to update past the 22nd of Dec, though, I probably won't have access again until the end of January!   I'll try to get on again, but I might have to ask for a hiatus in the next week or so...

but i have binged 7 days in a row
and if i binge tonight...im seriously going to want to die. i can't seem to control the binges anymore though. i tell myself NO
and before i know it, ive downed another 800 calories. again. :(

 Im currently in attempts to cut out processed, sugary foods and getting ready for my first marathon! Today was a complete failure. Starting right now I am in for this challenge :)  

Please start me over from yesterday (12/15).  It can be so difficult to keep at it when routine is interrupted!  I had a lovely week at the coast (with no internet to log onto CC - it would have been a lot of logging since I went out to eat at least one meal per day and snacked like crazy out of boredom) but now I am home and my eating has been STELLAR last coupla days.... hoping to stay on track!
Could I join this challenge? I think it would give me something to look forward to updating and maybe help me do good or be clean as it is called here :). I am starting fresh on the 17th. thanks, shanna
