All you have to do is check in once a week (at least) & let us know how you're doing. If/when you "cheat", simply let us know & I will restart your start date.
A cheat is defined as whatever a cheat would mean to you personally, whether it be going over your calories, bingeing, not eating enough, too many treats, etc. We all know when we've cheated, so just be honest with yourself
Let's be honest with each other & keep each other eating clean k? The PRIZE to the winner? Well that's easy - weight loss!!!!!!!!! (or maintenance for those at that stage!) Let's do this!

Restart for Jan. 26.
Most of my troubles stem from a continuous cycle of one day not eating enough, and another day binge eating. I need to start working on that. I also have random soda and chocolate cravings, and they didn't stem until recently.
I have a copy of my weight chart (dated Jan 8 - Feb 12) to show where I've started and how I'm progressing. I'll put up another chart either at the end of the month or at my "2-month" point, March 8.
Also - Starting with today is perfect, because I binged yesterday up to 2800 calories, and today is so far clean...
Add me please. My "clean" eating qualifies as not eating past 730pm, and eating no more than 1500 calories (1300 is ideal).
*sigh* You don't know the trouble I've had with the box of Trix lately. I need to get clean!

NEW MEMBER! I was in the going4gold gang for a while but fell off the wagon and now I'm miserable. Is it alright if we post what we've eaten for the day and all? I'm a runner who can easily gain and loose weight.
I'm around 150 (the scale says 145 but I don't believe it because I feel like 150 + pounds) and I want to weigh 130. My goal intake is 1,600-1,800 (any more would be kidding myself... I gain weight in a snap of a finger).
So far I've been binging and am totally annoyed that I gained +10 pounds since the holidays and appear to be still gaining. NO MORE I AM SICK OF MYSELF for doing this to myself.
Anyway my mom cooks and food and I've gotten suggestions to pre pack my meals for the day so i know exactly what I'm eating but I don't know because I like freshly warm foods oppose to microwaving them.
I need to gain determination/ motivation for eating and I need to figure out my eating patterns which I really don't understand.
Here's what i ate today:
Breakfast:
3.5 slices toasted raisin bread- 250 cal
1/4 cup hummus- 110 cal
2 cups home squeezed apple carrot juice- 216 cal
3 pieces dried apricot- 50 cal
1/2 big apple- 55 cal
Total: 681 cal
snack:
2 spinach pancakes- 138 each... 276 cal?
2 mini cup cakes (i logged in cream filled cupcakes)- 340 cal
Total: 616 cal
lunch:
2/3 cup rolled oats- 100 cal
1 med. banana, mashed- 105 cal
1 cup silk soy milk light vanilla- 80 cal
10 almonds- 70 cal
Total: 355 cal
Dinner:
1 cup vegetable salad- 140 cal
Nature Valley sweet and salty almond granola bar- 160 cal
1/2 cup silk soy milk light vanilla- 40 cal
1/2 cup honey bunches of oats cereal- 80 cal
3 rice stuffed cabbage rolls (malfoof)- 126 cal
6 stuffed grape leaves- 124 cal
Total: 670 cal
Day's total: 2,200 (rounded)
I feel so embarrassed for the weight gain and wonder how I'm ever going to run in meets and everything knowing that I have fat hanging off of me. =(

I'm back on the thread... Clean Eating to me is not binging, going easy on sweets and cutting back a little on cals OR increasing exercise.
