I've been chasing the elusive 199 for so long that I'm a mixed bag of emotions, so pick one for me will you?
I am having the hardest time breaking out of the 200's! I got down to 202 at the end of Sept. Now I'm at 204.
Is there anyone else out there that wants to try to break down this wall with me? Maybe together we can enter Onderland once and for all!

You can do it! It took about three months for my body to agree to drop below 200lbs. Now my 'lowest weight' is 197 and my highest is 199. You'll get there if you don't get discouraged...
Tip..... switch your scales over so that they weigh in kilos. Then you'll be 92.7kgs and the 200 'spell' will magically lift as you rocket towards 90kgs

Yeah, I am unintentionally maintaining right around 201-201 depending....I got around 197 but I lost it :\ I just want to get lower (again) already!

I'm right there with you. Last Wednesday I finally hit 199.8 on my scale, but I haven't been under 200 since. I know a lot of it is water weight from restaurant food this past weekend, but it's still annoying! I'll be sooooo happy to get under 200 and stay there for good. I know I'll probably fluctuate above and below for a couple more weeks, ugh!

Unfortunately, I'm 100 lbs more than you. But, I'm in the same boat. Last Sat weigh in was 300.0 and this week was 300.2. I'm doing all the right things, but I seriously think my body knows that I care this much about it. Probably as soon as I stop looking to the scale, I'll drop a bunch.
And I hope to be at your weight in a year, give or take.

You are doing so well! I've just recently went under 200. Now I'm 198.6. I hit a big plateau right before went under.
You'll get there just keep going! Best of luck.
I'm right there with you, I need to lose 1.4 lb to go under 200 (199.9). I'm hoping to reach it this Thursday (when I weigh myself every week). Cross your fingers! We can do this and so much more! Hang in there ![]()
This thread cracks me up! I just broke through the 200 barrier, but I also hit a plateau before I got there. I thought it was just me!
Just keep plugging away, you'll get there!
Thanks everyone, it does help to know I'm not alone! My goal is to hit 199 by thanksgiving, and then STAY there despite the copious quantities of food!
