instead of looking at the negative like "i'm still in the obese bmi category" or "my thighs are really jiggly", let's focus on the postive and show our hard work.

how many pounds have you lost, and how many do you have to go?

i've lost 15 lbs (150 was my starting), and i only have around 15 left to go (i'm 135-134).

Lost 50 as of Nov 16th, 10 to go. (new pics finally in my gallery!)

I've lost 9 pounds since 10/27/08, and I have about five more to go. Smile

I have lost 60 lbs since January and I have 25 more to go!

I started @ 150 on August 17

Now I am at 128

would like to get back to about 125. But just need motivation to work out..I have the power just need the dedication.

I have 1/2 a lb to go to get to my magic number of 159 (to get into the healthy range for my height 5'7")

I started my latest (and last) push at 185 lbs but was up around 200 last year when I was finishing grad school!

Now comes the hard part - keeping it off!!!

i started at 138 lbs.

im now 127 lbs so i lost a total of 11 lbs.

"So close, yet so far away....." or so the song goes!Tongue out  I started last July at CC, but began on my own a month or two before that....to date I have lost 125 pounds, and have about 20 more to go.  My goal meter says only 10, but I will probably reset this when the time comes.  Good luck to all of you out there.  All achievements here great or small are to be savored.

my goal was to lose 70 pounds.. I had lost 89 :D

but right now im just tryin to get 6 more to stay at 155, but being stuck at 161 for like a month now..  im going to the gym now too so i really dont mind being stuck as it may just be changin fat for muscles.

lost ~ 26; six or seven to go (but i've been saying that for a loooong time).
