I'm 5'5 and the lowest I've seen on the scale is 120 which was like two weeks ago. I only weight myself once a week when I go back home over the weekend. I have been consuming around 1600 calories for about 4 months and have gone from 127ish to 120. Although 7 pounds isn't much I feel and look very light and energetic. Now that I am back to school I'm much more active than the summer. I walk at least one hour a day around a VERY hilly campus and exercise 5 times a week for an hour (spin, step, body conditioning, strength, etc). I just cannot do 1600 calories anymore...I feel too restricted, left with no energy, and unmotivated to exercise. So I'm upping it to 1800 calories...but I'm very hesitant to do so because of my fear of gaining weight or just maintaining/ plateuing. I would like to lose at the maximum 5 pounds...but more than pounds an inch or two off my 20inch thighs and some centimeters off my roughly 15 inch calves -_-. Well my body adapt to 1800 too quickly? I don't care if it comes off slowly..I'm thinking of 5 pounds (or the inches) by Janauary 1st of next year! What do you think? Btw..I am aware that I am at a very healthy weight and I am happy with my accomplishments thus far. I just really really want to go the extra mile and then go into maintenance!
