What does toning mean?
If you quit exercising because you wanted to lose quicker then what you lost is probably muscle weight and that is not good, it slows your metabolism and makes keeping your lost weight harder, you should never quit exercise for weight loss reasons, also strength training.
so you should start now.
Hmm, considering some of your earlier posts -- after you start eating.
Assuming you are eating a lot more than you were, then it would be a great idea to exercise and try to become more fit.
125 is my goal weight. I'm 5'2". I just can't relate.
Yep, I'm 5'4" and my goal is 135.
Why did you stop exercising? That's what keeps you toned and helps you stay in shape. Also, I think the previous posters know a lot about getting in shape. Maybe if you ask a more specific question they'll help you, though if you're starving yourself they'll probably just give you h*ll.

toning is what you do to a piano.
I'm 5'6" and 118 is the lowest anyone my height should get so at your weight and height I think you need to seek couseling first.

nope, sorry, tuning is what you do to a piano....toning i suppose would be what you do when you play a piano
