Alright it's that time again! Time to sign up with your October weight loss goal!!!! This sign up thread will close at midnight, Wednesday, October 3rd.

Simply post your current weight (preferably on October1st) & your goal for # of pounds you wish to lose for October in the format below:

  • Weight loss Goal (pounds) for month of October:
Once everyone is signed up, I will post a link HERE later in the week to where you will be posting your official weekly weigh-ins.  Weigh in days will be Wednesdays. (10th, 17th, 24th & 31st). Good luck all!!!
