I MADE IT!!!!! I MADE IT!!! I AM IN THE CLUB!!!!

I am soooooo excited! I hit 139 today!!!

I started at 150 in January. The heaviest I had ever been in my life!!!! But this was just after a major tragedy in my life and I ate to keep my mind off of my troubles. My goal weight is 125.
I guess I could say that I USE to be in the club, even though I always felt like I needed to loose weight even then.  Gosh, I never realized how good the 130's sounded, until I starved myself and went from 130 to 105 in 2 1/2 months, then spend over a year recovering from that and am now 153.  (FYI - I am a very curvy gal, and I am just not meant to be a skinny little thing).  I will, however, get into the club once again.  My goal is what I use to weigh, 130.
Current weigh-in (3/28):      &n bsp;  123.0
Last weigh-in (3/21):               124.5
Goal weight:        &nb sp;                      115.0

New Loss:                                  1.5
Lbs Left to Goal:                        8.0

Good morning!

Last week: 124

Still recovering from vacation.  Hopefully next week I will be back down to my pre-vacation weight.  Then the week after that I'll finally feel like I'm losing.  Crossing my fingers!

still at 135 this week.. all that bad eating for two weeks is hard to reverse, I'm hoping for a 2 lb loss next week.

I was doing really well and staying at 128 but last night I totally binged on junk food after 8.  So unfortunatly I now weigh 130.  I can lose it though.
ok...i weighed in at 137 today, but..i ate nothing but junk yesterday, (lots of fast food, UG!)

c'mon..i can make it to 133 by may 1st, right?? hahaha

WOAH!  I totally expected the scale to top out at 130 today.  What a happy little surprise!  I'm really starting to see how all of this is paying off, even when I'm not so good I seem to go back to a new lower weight.  :)

I havent been counting calories at all, I feel like after the first couple months I had a good notion on how much i could eat. I've been doing good and my hard work has payed off! I am so ready for summer.

this my first time in life posting to a message board, but what the hey..

I'm 128 at 5"3, my goal is 115 (high school weight 10 years ago). I'd be very pleased with 120, but my husband (who eats junk food and looses weight argggh!) thinks I'd be best at 115.

I'm having a real hard time getting consistently below 127. I work out in the mornings and sometimes twice a day. Always cardio and then toning at least 3 times per week. I can see the difference in my body and how my clothes fit, but the scale isn't moving. In reality, I would love to be a solid size six (never wanted to be skinny). problem is, at six I'm 33 %body fat. I'd like to be around 20% or less. Now I'm a 4 at the top and 6 at the bottom. Looking for a solid size 4.

Would like to know if anyone in the 130/120 club is 50 or older?
I only lost .5lbs this week. I am at 128.5.
I am 34 yrs. old. Today I weighed in at 126. I have lost 10 lbs since Jan 1. I went shopping today and bought size 6 pants! I have been in 8s and 10s for about 2 years. I can't see myself getting below 120. I am quite happy with myself as I am now! But I am going to keep eating healthy and exercising and see what happens.

hello everyone!  this is my first post and i must say i'm excited to have found this club!  it's hard when you try to loose weight yet can't seem to get the needed support because your peers do not think you're overweight.  I'm 5'3, 138lbs trying to get down to 120.  The charts say i'm "slightly overwieght".

This is my first day so i have a long road ahead of me..  i've done loads of crash dieting throughout college and finally landed upon CC, which seems the most healthy and wise way to loose weight. 

does anybody have any advice for first timers??

I really understand your frustration about lack of  support. most people told me i'm too small to loose weight, but they've never seen me naked!  I have not problem w/ my size..just the amount of jiggle.

I'm 5'3" too and at 136, i was miserable. I'm down to 128, hoping for 120. I lost most of the weight by exercising and just watching my food intake. i used to right down everything i ate on a notepad just to track calories. That helped me stay accountable. If i saw how much i was eating on paper, I thought twice about putting it in my mouth. Now I'm using the food diary.
