I am soooooo excited! I hit 139 today!!!
I started at 150 in January. The heaviest I had ever been in my life!!!! But this was just after a major tragedy in my life and I ate to keep my mind off of my troubles. My goal weight is 125.
Last weigh-in (3/21): 124.5
Goal weight: &nb sp; 115.0
New Loss: 1.5
Lbs Left to Goal: 8.0
Current weigh-in: 122.5
Last week: 124
Still recovering from vacation. Hopefully next week I will be back down to my pre-vacation weight. Then the week after that I'll finally feel like I'm losing. Crossing my fingers!
this week 132-at least the weight trend continues to go down :)

WOAH! I totally expected the scale to top out at 130 today. What a happy little surprise! I'm really starting to see how all of this is paying off, even when I'm not so good I seem to go back to a new lower weight. :)
My goal is 130 and my goal date is tomorrow (my birthday!)
I havent been counting calories at all, I feel like after the first couple months I had a good notion on how much i could eat. I've been doing good and my hard work has payed off! I am so ready for summer.
this my first time in life posting to a message board, but what the hey..
I'm 128 at 5"3, my goal is 115 (high school weight 10 years ago). I'd be very pleased with 120, but my husband (who eats junk food and looses weight argggh!) thinks I'd be best at 115.
I'm having a real hard time getting consistently below 127. I work out in the mornings and sometimes twice a day. Always cardio and then toning at least 3 times per week. I can see the difference in my body and how my clothes fit, but the scale isn't moving. In reality, I would love to be a solid size six (never wanted to be skinny). problem is, at six I'm 33 %body fat. I'd like to be around 20% or less. Now I'm a 4 at the top and 6 at the bottom. Looking for a solid size 4.
This is my first day so i have a long road ahead of me.. i've done loads of crash dieting throughout college and finally landed upon CC, which seems the most healthy and wise way to loose weight.
does anybody have any advice for first timers??
I'm 5'3" too and at 136, i was miserable. I'm down to 128, hoping for 120. I lost most of the weight by exercising and just watching my food intake. i used to right down everything i ate on a notepad just to track calories. That helped me stay accountable. If i saw how much i was eating on paper, I thought twice about putting it in my mouth. Now I'm using the food diary.
