I figured it out: This email is from my-calorie couner, not CC...I got an email from CC saying they know nothing about this. If I scared anybody, I am sorry. Nowadays, I am very skiddish about things like this.

Liz, I got the same email, and I also assumed it was Calorie Count. I didn't even bother to click the links and would never have realized they are different websites if you hadn't posted! Heh, I guess we both used that website before finding this one, eh? Once I found Calorie Count I simply never went back to the other one. Calorie Count is MUCH better!

this feels terrible but i guess i have to.

good news: i finally went shopping and bought healthy, tasty foods for myself so i wont be tempted to gorge on nasty stuff. 38 days does not seem like enough time to get to 123 but I'm going to try like heck and start exircising a lot, again.

Only a .5 lb loss, but I'll take it since it's better than nothing and I spent most of the Easter weekend in maintenance mode.
I guess I'm about two pounds from having to find a new group... :( I'll be happy about the loss, but so sad to leave all of you. I think this group was one of the main ways I stayed on track. I was terrified of having to post on here that I had gained weight. And I don't think I ever documented a gain here.
Hope everyone had a fantastic holiday!!

Ive been stuck at 137 for months now and want to be 120. Im down from 177 which is good, but I feel bigger know then I did then! Im to the point that im sick of people telling me how great I look because im making no progress! I just started back here for more motivation so good luck everyone!

hey everyone,
So I've been out for several weeks, not weighing in, zigzagging calories as well as upping them because I dont think I was eating enough to go with the amount of calories I was burning from my workouts.
One small problem I had run into along the way was that my scale batteries died. But at the gym I've been using their scale regularly, and although it fluctuates it seems to usually rest at 135. So I'm going to stick with that for this weeks weigh-in.
