I'm looking for a 130/120 club, but I don't see any topics started.

If anyone knows of the proper topic, would you mind letting me know?

Thank you :)

Well, I did not do so well last night.  I was so tired that I pretty much ate dinner and went to bed by 8:30.  I did not exercise and I just feel terrible for that today.  I was going to get up early and work out - but it was cold and dark and well, that did not happen.  I'm feeling much better today.  I'm concidering walking on my lunch hour today but it is soooo cold and snowing out.  I'm also worried about gaining this weekend with the superbowl party this weekend.  I just have to remember to workout this weekend and try not to overeat on all the goodies.  Wish me luck!
Superbowl is a worry for me, too.  I am still debating on what I can eat while everyone  has nachos and cheese and meatball sandwiches and beer.  I thought perhaps I could have wine instead in a small glass so I can control the amount. If I have that towards the end of the game, I can look forward to it.   Also, I'll make hotwings (or buy them) and cut up veggies.  As long as you don't feel deprived.  It has to be  positive.  I never tell anyone that I am on a diet.  clp .... try and think  how good you'll feel the NEXT day, when everyone else feels guilty.  Think how fantastic it feels when  you get on the scale and have lost a pound!  Good luck!
hello! Im new, been lurking around for a bit though.  Im 130 now, and would like to reach 115 by the middle of May.   My plan is to do cardio 3x a week, light weights 3x a week, pilates/stretching everyday, and yoga 5 times a week.  Also, Im working on keeping track of my calories, cause I honestly have no clue how much (or little) I eat.  I work a job through the dinner hour - so I tend to skip out on a meal a day.  Im trying to somehow work in 4-5 small meals a day... but its hard to eat a proper meal while working.  I feel that this causes my metab to die though... which is why Im having a hard time losing weight.  Its frustrating!
Hello Ninja.  Don't worry, I'm sure you'll do great.  Take it slow.  It will come off. Just keep with it.  Liz - thanks for your support.  I will try to eat a salad or something before I get to the party so I'm not starving.  I'm sure that will help too.
Hello everyone.  How did you all do this weekend?  I did not do so well.  I have a major problem controlling what goes in my mouth on the weekends.  I do really good during the week but on the weekends I tend to eat lots of fast food.  Then there was the superbowl party.  3 drinks and chips, dips, and wings.  I 'm gonna really have to work on that.  I did manage to fit in a few workouts though.  I'm hoping I'll drop the few pounds that I've picked up by weigh in this Wednesday.  Wish me luck!
I am right there with you clp, had a rough weekend in terms of food!  I am worried I gained this week!  I do very well all week, and completely blow it on the weekend.  It is so frustrating!  GOOD LUCK this week!
Id have to say the weekend went better then normal for me... but still not  nearly as well as I planned... well I guess one day at at time!

Soooo everyone, what are you guys doing to reach your goals?  How are you doing?

I've increased my nutrional calorie intake... I aim for 1200 and an A - A+ every day.  I have also stepped up my cardio level and plan to increase a level for five minutes each week.  Still working on making the healthy habits stick through the weekends though... thats tough... anyone else... successes?  Struggles?
My weekend was a lot better than last weekend.  I'm actually under 130 today, even though I ate more than 2000 calories on two days this weekend and exercised only one day (usually I exercise Friday-Sunday).  I never know what to think when my behavior and the results don't line up!  I'm still figuring out how may calories I need per day, 'cause 1200 doesn't do it for me.  I'm really hoping to have a more peaceful and consistent week food-wise this week...

I'm glad that we can share what's going on in our lives.  Sometimes I feel like the people on CC get a better idea of what's going on in my life than the people around me see.  I'm glad we can support each other in this!
To reach my goal I'm trying to watch what I eat and trying to avoid fast food.  I try to walk on my lunch hour and exercise either before or after work.  Although, today was the first day in weeks that I was able to get my butt up and exersise before work.  I'm not to sure if it was because I was guilty that I ate so much over the weekend and I knew I had to get on the scale this morning, or the fact that yesterday I got some pretty nice compliments on my weight loss.  Either way, I feel like I have a boost of energy and feel like I can do this!
Its been awhile since I posted.  Hi Ya'll!  Lots of new faces here, how cool.  Don't you hate it when work takes over your life and you can't breathe?  Or check your email....I barely make it on to log my food diary!

Latest weigh in: 131 lbs, I'm 5'6".

I'm zig-zagging between 1100 and 1500 cals a day.  I'm losing about 1/2 to 1 lb a week and lowering my bodyfat slowly as well.  Almost to 130 and feeling great!

Oh, my starting weight was 136 on Jan 1st.
Hi everyone: I am really commited to make this work.  My biggest problem is snacking in the evening and I have given this up since I joined our group.  That has been the biggest help.  I fall off the wagon when we go out  to eat but even then, I stay more careful and try (try is the word) not to have desert.  When I  go shopping I buy lots of fresh vegetables and cut them up into portions, put them into little freezer bags, ready to be used throughout the week.  This also helps when I get the  munchies.

Don't forget to post your new weights on Wednesday.  I'll update and post the complete list of all participants of the weigh-in on Thursday.
Hi!

Is it too late to sign up?

I'm 132.8 lbs (5'4)

goal : 128 lbs

long term : 120
I am glad to hear that I am not the only one who faced the struggles of the Super Bowl.  I went back to Chicago for the weekend and between the beers, the deep dish pizza, and super bowl foods I am a little afraid for Wednesday.  Not to mention, I have not been able to work out while I was there.  But hopefully I will be back on track by tomorrow.  It's good to see you guys are doing well with it, it definitly helps motivate me.  Keep up the good work!
