How was the weekend for everyone?

I just hit the 150 mark the other day!! My goal is 135 so I'm 15lbs off.

My weekend was great Kat!! I had a bit of a binge but I'm back on today! How was yours!?
I'm at 150 or so (I refuse to weigh myself daily, so this is an approximation) but I'm headed toward 135! Let's keep it going!
I'm holding steady between 152-154....I can't WAIT to see 149 for the first time!

My goal is 130 :)
I think I'll join your group! There's a 140/130 club, but I'm 149, so I never feel comfortable over there. Silly, I know.

Trying to get to 135 and then reevaluating. Started at 161 - can't believe I weighed that much a few months ago. That number looks so big now!
I guess I don't really belong here as my current weight is 157. I had gone down from 165 to 137 last year and the pounds slowly came back on....YUK The hardest part for me is at work where there is always junk around. I was anorexic as a teen so I have to watch myself. I really want to be 137 again as I felt so good there last year but 140 would do nicely. I need some encouragement and you just gave it to me. Thanks!
I hit 150 this morning! I also want to be 130-135. I'm 5'4 or 5'5...not sure which is more accurate. I've been stuck at about 151 for the longest time, with a few times hitting 152.5..

I just started tracking calories on April 21, so this is exciting! I've been working out for 3 months and have lost inches, but never any weight! Very discouraging, but I kept it up! I can't wait to see if what the scale says in another 10 days. One pund per 10 days is ok with me as I want this to be a lifetime change. Turns out I was eating the right foods just the wrong quantities... I now faithfully track everything!!!
I can't wait to get under 150 again. I keep trying and just keep eating. I am doing OK today though, only 210 calories so far. I am trying to stay under 700 a day for 2 weeks then go up to 900 and stay there until that magical time when my scale reads under 140.

Weekend was great lackycb, thanks! I saw Ziggy Marley (Bob's son) perform in NH. It was awesome. And I only had a small taste of cake at the cafe we went to before the show :)

dlschlosser, your 157 is welcome here too! Good for you for overcoming your annorexia, that is truly amazing. We all need some encouragement, which is why we are all here. :)

Congrats ttq! I also tend to lose inches before any actual poundage comes off, so I feel that. You are right about going for the lifetime change.

This site has been so helpful for me, what a great community of people we have here! I made it to the gym last night and did 7 miles on the bike. Keep up the good work all!

I'm a freshman at college. I'm 155 but I think I can get down to 135 during the summer. I want to look good while i'm still young. It's so hard for me to lose weight though. I love carbs and candy. yum! Whats the best way to kick start my weight loss?
Thanks for the welcome! Wierd thing today I got on the same scale and hit 154...started the ACV thing yesterday but I figure there must have been some dreaded fluid retention. Anyway I was glad to see it. I was so good last year recording everything I ate and weighed every day...then I got down to 137 and stopped so the pounds came back. This site is a huge help! Welcome to Lindsey!
I was at a nice 145 until TTOM came and brought 2 pounds as friends.  :sigh:

My low weight was 138.  I wouldn't mind getting back down around there before summer.
The raw aple cider vinegar( Bragg's) really helped me last year, it also helped a lot with my arthritis so I am back on all the stuff that worked so well to try to see my 137 again. You will get there before you know it Barb, keep plugging!
dlschlosser, whats up with the apple cider vinegar??? Do you drink it?

1 tablespoon in a glass of water 2-3 times a day...boosts metabolism. I have more energy when I am using it regularly. It has a lot of health benefits besides helping with weight loss. You must use the raw though from the health food store ( or section) for any healht benefits. Another thing, you should rinse your mouth out after you drink it as the vinegar will erode tooth enamel if you use it often.
I don't know if I could hang with the vinegar. That must taste kind of scary.
