edit::
cati83: dont feel bad! imsmall frame. i thought i was a medium or large and 20 lbs later i realized that i just had chubby fingers and a fat wrist so i couldnt get them to touch well =p
i have a 8 month old right now and im 22. my stomach is almost toned, cept you know the fat i dont think is going anyplace. then theres the inch of arm and thigh flab my body naturally wont let go of..
none of my bones jut out at all. except my hips, but thats just something all females in the family have. this is my lowest weight since like... 6th grade? i never grew.
routine:
normally an hour of weights 2-3 times a week+an hour nd a half walking on a weekend day, and at some point, 45 mins of taebo.
this week i felt sluggish and it was halloween so all week i got about 3 or 4 hours exercise. generally from the running on halloween with my cousins house to house for 2 hours. at least i burned all that candy off =]
dci: 1400-1700 a day.
Height: 5'2"
Startingt Weight: 146lbs
Current Weight: 131lbs
Goal Weight: Whatever feels right, thinking around 100lbs'ish
Not so sure about my goal weight, but I definitely want to fit into size 6 or 4 (EU around 36) pants (I have a puny frame) and turn my flab into muscles :)
My lowest weight was 108lbs, and I was still very soft and jiggly with a size 8 behind. My body fat percentage back then was around 20%, so now I want to aim lower and build some muscle to tone and shape things up a bit. Nice, round 'buns of steel',... now that I wouldn't mind, even if I wouldn't reach 100lbs because muscle weighs naturally much more than fat.
I'm also 5' 2" =)
Starting weight: 136
Current weight: 125 (this morning)
Goal weight: 115 - ish. I have to wait and see how I feel in about 5 lbs. I have a small-medium frame, but I tend to be on the more muscular side so my goal may make me too thin.
So... now that we have a club, what next? ![]()
*Edit* I'm 29 (for a few more days anyway), and my goal calorie intake (by the tools here) is 1264. My activity level at work is fairly sedentary (desk job, anyone? lol) and honestly I'm fairly sedentary at home lately too. We're remodeling, so everything is everywhere (including my home gym
), so for a few weeks, my exercise is not where it is normally. Good luck everyone!!

depends on how my body feels, not necessarily by weight
i eat a 1000 calories a day, BUT i have unlimited veggies (such as lettuce tomatoes & carrots) that i do not count as my 1000 calories
activity: about 2 & a half hours a week
Great job on getting a group together Cati!
I just wanted to add a little bit of info and my favorite links for those that might be interested.
According to WHO standards, a healthy BMI is 18.5-24.99 which would make a healthy range for someone 5'2" 101lbs - 136lbs.

undertherainbow had some great ideas for me and I think that it will help us understand everyones personal goals a little better!
if you made a post already just go ahead and edit it to add the other info when you get a chance!
CW: 116
GW: 104 (then maintain)
Daily intake: 2000?
Problem: I binge a lot.
Activity Level: mostly sedentary with dance one hour per week & gymnastics 1.5 hrs per week. I am looking for some cardio workouts that I can do inside because it is too cold out for me to walk/ run now.
Height 5'2
Age 43
Weight 291
Frame Large boned
Calories 1700
I would like to be 105-140 depending on how I feel and look when I get there
Exercising goal: is to be able to walk. Right now i'm disabled and have a chronic pain disorder so my goal is to lose weight so I can walk my dog. That is the short term goal. The long term goal is to be able to exercise 1 hour a day with a varied routine.
Calorie intake: My long term goal is 1200 for weight loss then whatever it will be to maintain. Right now since i'm so large my calorie intake goal is 1700-1750 but ive been hitting the 1900-2000 mark.
Now, a question at you all guys, what helps you keep the pounds dropping? For me it's:
- Portion control and calorie logging (duh...),
- 2 litres / 64oz of water a day (and / or herbal teas for that matter),
- Meals no bigger than 300kcal at once, except on weekends,
- Absolutely NOTHING unhealthy in the house! If I crave something, I go out walking and get it on the go. It's the best way to limit your binges. After all, eating two pounds of apples that lie around in the house isn't half as bad as eating even half a pound of chocolate if the cravings take over your rational thinking ;)
Hi, this is a nice idea if a bit intimidating...all of you tiny young things out there striving for 100 lb!

GW: 135
Calorie target: 1600 (although I've stopped losing so I might need to take that down a bit)
Just an FYI for other medium to large framed 5'2"s...in adulthood I once weighed 107 lbs and was a size 7 Junior Petite for maybe 5 days and I was on weight loss meds at the time. I also couldn't sit in my mother's unpadded wooden dining chairs! I had no spare body fat so my sit bones hurt when I sat on an unpadded surface! I have been able to maintain 125 and looked great. I'm shooting for 135 now and will reconsider my goal when I get there...anyway, if you have a med to large frame you need to weigh more and you'll have great curves.

stayonpiste,
thanks for that encouragement. When I weighed 135 lbs before I did not feel healthy I felt sick. It was too small for me. But that was many moons ago so i'm sure as I have gotten older that has changed. I remember feeling okay at 140. Time will tell as I lose weight and maybe I will want to get back down to the 103 that I was at. That weight with being large framed was very difficult to keep. I was only eating about 1200 cal a day and exercising like crazy to keep that. But again that was a long time ago.
I don't understand how you could not be losing on 1600 calories a day unless you are sedentary even then you would still be losing at your weight just very slowly.
the calorie logging REALLY helped me as well....again with the duh. but I had no idea doing so and losing weight could be so easy!! of course there are always hard moments and food we crave and so on...I tend to just give in when I have the allowences so I dont over due it by denying myself. I just always thought that to lose weight I would have to starve or something (never dieted or ate healthy before this)
I also had to keep foods out of the house. I cleaned it out and gave all the bad stuff away at work or to family memebers.
I weigh out EVERYTHING I eat. If I dont I worry about the size/calories.
Stayonpiste: thanks for joining us! do not be intimidated! I personally couldnt be 100 pounds. Im looking forward to 130, anything below that is just a bonus!! Im an 8 petite (hoping to get to a 5 someday) but with my exra tummy skin (2 kids) im not sure it will ever happen...but thats OK! haha
