Anyone in this grouping looking to drop from 140 to 130's. We can all use support. Today I am focusing on all the food groups. Exercise would be good, but I won't be able to since I am working from 9 to 10:30. A Super long day. I hope I can stay focused, when I pass the fast food chaines on my travels today.
I know I'm late--but I have gotten an hour of exercise in before my partying! Go gals/guys! you can do it!!!

I'm about to go to Spins ... I think the time difference puts be behind; it's still AM here. I'm definately still going to go ... I planned it with a person I'm partying with tonight so that our working out is part of the plan ... perfect! I'll report back once i've been a good girl and gone though.

lol yup teenwolf.. an extra .5 just to make it solid.. lol.. no i dont have a reward planned for this one, lol.. but am going out to eat (if hubby gets off early enough) tonight.. and i did order my dress for the sub ball which cost me 100+ bucks lol.. now to hope it fits when it gets here :)

well its almost 10pm here.. and i am beat lol.. we did go out to dinner, and i probably ate more than i should of, but i enjoyed it.. :) and after we got home my hubby set up the new ddr game we got, and the extra dance pad.. and we played on it for about an hour and half... :) it was fun... they have a new game where it creates moves to your own cds :) very cool.. no idea what kind of calories i burned.. dont really care i guess or i would of put it on workout mode, right?? lol.. but between that and the taebo i did this morning, i am hoping the scale wont be tooooooo mean to me in the morning :P hope everyone had a wonderful st patricks day :) see ya on the flip side :P

i got my workout in on sat morning!! yay! I also had a huge breakfast that lasted me till dinner and I only had a 6pc nugget kids meal for dinner!! yay!! Plenty o' beer yesterday but I feel great today! I gotta a lot going on today, hopefully I can accomplish what I want, but I don't think I'll be able to go get my bike :( Maybe Wednesday!

Hi, I just thought I would introduce myself and share my stats since I'm just starting to post here. Right now I am 5'2" and 144. I was in the 170's in Nov. 2005 after I had my son. I have slowly been losing since, and I am finally down to the 140's, which I haven't been in about 5 years. My goal is to get down to about 130. For the past year I have had a job that required me to do a lot of lifting of as much as 50lbs. I am transferring to a different dept. in a couple weeks that does not require as much lifting and moving around. I am a little nervous that the decreased activity at work will slow my progress down, but I'll just have to see after I make the switch.

ugh... all i can say this morning is no no no no.. lol.. okay, i know its IMPOSSIBLE to gain 2.5 lbs of fat in one day, UNLESS i eat like over 7000 calories over maintenance.. but its still rough to see that number this morning... even though i expected it to be up a little .... 147 lbs this morning (up from 144.5)... i KNOW i know i know (trying to convince myself).. that this is allll water weight from all that yummy food i ate last night... and it will come off in a few days... its just those few days of drinking tons of water, and waiting that irks me... lol.. ugh... but i soooooooo wanted to eat out last night... so this is where i am, and i accept it,. and demand that it go down again :P lol...

I'm here! Got 30 min on the bike today, my food choices have not been great this weekend, and the beer, but...I notices that it's a smooth line from my waist to my thigh--you know what I mean? usually there is this lump that is my fat roll on the hip--but it's gone!!! I am weighing in at 150.5, but I don't care--I'm using this weight class as inspiration--I have a feeling though that my weight training is going to prevent much of a weight loss--who cares when the bumps smooth out, right?

lol dee.. i am assuming that "You go girl! keep it up! Awesome!" was meant to be for me reaching my mini goal yesterday lol.. too bad it went up today.. ha... but hopefully, like i said, its all water weight haha.... and will come off in the next few days.. congrats on doing the bike today :0) too bad about the beer :P lol... and i have noticed that my "bumps" (i am assuming you mean those areas where the spare tires were.. lol)are smooothing out too :) yay exciting eh??

Congrats to everyone that got some exercise in this weekend!! I unfortunately didn't. Being out of town and busy with things didn't help. I also completely fell of the wagon with St.Patty's and a wedding all on Saturday. I'm back on track today though. Working nights this week is going to mess up my workout schedule, but i'm hoping to meet with a trainer and begin sessions on thursday. I'm really excited about this and hope it will get my exercise habits on the right track. Hope everyone has a great week!

good morning! I got my bicycle yesterday!! I super excited about that!!
I over ate a little at my parents' house last night and went home feeling sick and bloated... :( I feel a little better today. I didn't have time to get a workout in yesterday but I just considered it my one off day for the week. I napped and ate instead ;)
I'm back up to 139.2 this morning. I'm hoping it may be water weight from last night but I'm not sure yet. My goal is to get to 135 by the time I start riding my bike and that is 4 weeks away. So it is plausible, I just need to stop bingeing! lol. Friday I stuffed my face with donuts, a cupcake and tons of mini candies.... whoops. I need to start learning to tell myself no! I should have had either the donut or the cupcake, or maybe 2 pieces of candy instead of 10.... geez... I can tell other people no when it comes to food, so now I have to start with me! I wish I would have splurged a little healthier than I did, but hopefully I'll get it next time!

We all have bad days--as long as the good days outnumber the bad ones, we will be all right! I must flush my system out with plenty of water today! LOL! I had so much fun, though!

wow! quite a bit of weekend activity here! sorry, but i'm not even going to TRY and respond to all the posts! :)

as for me, this mornign was my first exercise bout since last wednesday *tear* but it was definitely a GREAT workout. friday night was pretty crazy, and i slept until 11:30 recovering, then had a meeting at noon, then left right after to meet some friends out of town. so no saturday exercise :( but my alcohol was mostly limited to vodka and gingerale, which isn't the worst calorie wise :) the PIZZA that i consumed, on the other hand....LOL. sunday i spent, probably....3/4 of the day sleeping :) LOL. i think my body would have killed me if i tried to do exercise (i probably should've gone for a walk, but oh well). i ate pretty well on sunday, and will be back on track this week.
i did some interval training on the treadmill, and it definitely tuckered me out. then did some abs on the mats, and will hopefully do more abs tonight. i dont' think that i'm going to hit my exercise goals this month due to the break this weekend, and i'm going to San Francisco this weekend for a committee meeting. Have to see what i can do...
