Anyone in this grouping looking to drop from 140 to 130's. We can all use support. Today I am focusing on all the food groups. Exercise would be good, but I won't be able to since I am working from 9 to 10:30. A Super long day. I hope I can stay focused, when I pass the fast food chaines on my travels today.
Starting off the day reading this thread before I go to the gym for a weigh in. Cant break the 135. Hopefully I havent gone up! We must push on!! Good luck to all the 140/130 club. (I hope we can start the 130/120 club by fall)

I've been MIA on this thread for a while, but active elsewhere. Stuck at 132.8 right now. Yar. Thursday is my "official" weigh-in, so we'll see how that goes. I hope I broke this plateau. Working out 6 days a week and being good on the diet front!

I wanna join, too! My scale finally said 149 this morning after several days of bouncing back and fourth between 150-151. I started off at 162 and my goal is 135. I'm half way there. Wish me luck!

Can I join too? I am 147/8 and my goal is 135. Stupid scale!!! It's going to be a long battle for me... My body LOVES this weight and I hate it. The chunks on my hips NEED to leave.

I've read several times before here at CC that you're supposed to get at least 1200 calories a day, but I'm struggling with this. I know I should eat more, but I just don't have the hunger, and I feel terrible eating when I'm not hungry.

Hi everyone! I am working hard to get off the post baby weight (nevermind that my son is 3 1/2 now) I weighed around 110 before I got pregnant, and weighed in at 207 when I delivered, they were pretty sure I had preeclampsia. So I have slowly gotten the weight off, I was 140 August 1, and since beginning CC I have dropped 4 pounds. I am short and I would really like to get to 120, but I can tell you there will definitely be a small celebration when my scale says 130. :-) I was looking at everyone's pictures and everyone is georgeous! I cannot wait for everyone to reach their goals and look even better! I also want to do this to be healthy for my family, my parents did not really show us the best eating habits, I hope I can change my way of thinking and help my family. Good luck to you all and I look forward to supporting all of you! We can do it!

I'm at 134(started at 136) & my goal is 130(well, 125 is my "dream world" goal)--but the 130 is my real world goal! I'm so close--but it seems so far away! Today, I even turned my scale back so that it started at -10 pounds so when I stepped on it said 124--wow, made me feel good. A little white lie to yourself never hurts(hee hee)!! But good luck to all! We are all trying soooooo hard!

I'm 5'6'' and currently at 143. I started counting calories in early June, when I was at 147.5. I started doing this because I weighed myself for the first time in six months in June and realised I went from 151 to 147.5 over six months just by swapping a bagel every morning for some unsweetened yoghurt and fruit! So I decided to keep track of calories and see where I go... I hope to end up at 135, maybe lower.
I'm actually losing pretty slowing - like 3/4 of a pound per week. But I haven't cut out any 'bad' foods - I still have a bagel once per week, (but modify my lunch to compensate), eat ice cream almost every night (but have a small scoop over strawberries instead of a bowl). So I'm looking at it as a permanant lifestyle choice.
But I do wish it was going faster! I keep fantasizing about clothes! I also develop moments of internet obsession, where I procrastinate from work by spending an hour googling weight loss info. Anyway, maybe joining this community will be a distraction - mutual support instead of obsessive googling. good luck everyone!

Yay!! I'm in the 140's club finally!! I hit 149 today and I'm happy as hell!! Only 9-14 more pounds to go and I'm at my GOAL!! Holy cow, I never really thought I'd get there.... I'm a lil freaked out about the idea of maintenance though since I've been losing for so long (over a year now)... how on earth will I make the transition to maintenance without gaining?!!?
i don't even know if i'm in this club. but if not, hi! I've been in the 130/140 range for my entire weight loss. im at 134 now, so i hope to be getting outta here soon! lol
Hey guys, I'm back on the bandwagon again. I have a weight loss buddy, and with her having been gone for a month, I haven't felt motivated to log....yikes, I know. I was at 135 though when I stepped on the scale, so i still have 20 lbs to go. But hopefully we'll stick with it now. How's everyone else doing?
Oh my goodness, girl! I'm 5'7" and aiming for between 135 and 140 as a goal weight.... 5'6" and 115 seems crazy underweight to me!! Are you sure that's a healthy weight for you?? Doctor approved, etc.? Just curious that ya aren't setting an unhealthy goal for yourself. I would think 135 at your height is a perfectly healthy weight!
I'm so angry and disgusted with myself... I'm 5'5, and I worked hard for around 2 months and was down to 130. I then had legal problems, bla bla bla, things were a bit hectic, I couldn't conecentrate on myself so much, and whaddayouknow, 5 months later I have put it all back on and more. I'm finding it really hard to get motivated again instead of giving up by being disgusted with myself for ruining such hard work... any tips?
pea, take things one day at a time. I completely understand how we can get caught up in our personal situations, but now's the time to pay attention to yourself, and be healthy for YOU. Hang in there!
Well, I'm still a member of this club, but I keep vacillating between 132.4 and ~134 pounds. These last 2.4 pounds are killing me! Almost there. :D
