Anyone in this grouping looking to drop from 140 to 130's.  We can all use support.  Today I am focusing on all the food groups.  Exercise would be good, but I won't be able to since I am working from 9 to 10:30.  A Super long day.  I hope I can stay focused, when I pass the fast food chaines on my travels today.

brigitte--glad to hear teh trend line is getting close! that's always fun :)

stacey--i hate it when my trend line goes up :( i'm sure you'll get it pointed in the right direction in the next couple of days, though.  have fun with the spinning classes! i'm kind of afraid of them, LOL. i actually read about this one that simulates biking up Mt. Everest--I shi* you not.  it's like, 3 hrs long or something. probably longer :)

wolfie--dont' stress the 142.5. i was at 142 (i ate bad last night though...).  it'll drop down again prob tomorrow. cool abotu the snake! my ex had a cool california kingsnake (albino even!) that i loved to hold.

lily--SUPER AWESOME WEIGHT! i usually lose over night too--that's why a lot of places say to weigh yourself first thing in the morning cuz that's when you weigh the least. have a great pride weekend! go crazy! i was in San Francisco one summer for pride weekend--it was AWESOME. so crazy! one of hte parades went right by the restaurant where i was working, and all the people eating got up out of their seats to go watch :)

i'm feeling much better and i'm leaving work in about 15 minutes! (one hr early) so i'm pretty pumped about that :)  go hang out with the boy, eat some hummus (he got some for lunch) and then head home to pack! weeee!!!  i looked online and there are actually several temp agencies in kalamazoo (where i live) so i think i'm just gonna do that.  a lot of ppl i know have actually had good luck with 'em, and i only want a job through mid-july.  so a temp agency would probably be perfect for me.

Kiigan-Pride will be a great time.. last year was my first ever and I had just moved here so I didnt really know anyone.. still a great time but promising to be so much better this year!!  Ive planned to bring little healthy snacks to complement the jello shots (the boys make sure to offer sugar free haha! gotta love 'em) and beer.. bet San Fran's was incredible!  I've never been to CA ironically enough but plan on it soon..  Enjoy your trip, buy lots of fun things, and have a great time!!
funny, I thought I was crazy losing 1.5-2 lbs overnight also.  Good to know I'm not crazy.... wonder why that is though.

ooooh i had sooooo much fun today..  met a friend at fredericks of hollywood, to find me a corset or something sexy to wear under my dress.. :) tried on two different styles, and two different sizes.. liked the first one best.. its the type that ties up in the back, so it can be tightened more if need be...  AND its a size 36 :) which is soooooooooooooo totally awesome, and it gives me this great hourglass figure :) whoohooo :) also bought a strapless bra to wear under it, to help "fill" that area out, cos between weight loss and the breast reduction i dont have much there, and it will help push em together and upwards :) i am sooooooooooo totally excited.. :) also got a pair of shoes (from Payless) so i will be trying on my dress AGAIN tonight to see how it all fits together.. :)  yay :)  now to get this "water weight" to go away..

omg i just ate my dinner.. it wasnt much.. a chicken breast, with a slice of ff cheddar cheese, on a multigrain english muffin,..  and i am soooooooooooo bloated.. ugh.. doesnt help that i gulped 36+ oz of water with it,. ugh..

good morning everyone, and happy saturday...  i woke up 45 minutes before my alarm was set to go off.. oh joy lol.. had my meals all planned out for today in preparation for the pampered chef party tonight, just to realize this morning i have no eggbeaters left in the house, so had shredded wheat for breakfast instead... that upped my calories some (like 200 - 250 more then expected), especially since its frosted mini wheats lol..  but i can do this.. i plan to only take one serving size of each thing thats offered (cold veggie pizza, and molten chocolate brownie, yummmmm) tonight... as long as i stick to my plan i should be at least in maintenance area, i hope.. :)

and my weight is now at 143 for the 3rd day in a row.. :( its gotta give sometime soon :(  i know deep down that its gotta be water weight..  then i think, i HOPE its water weight lol..  its just getting too close to my evening out alone with my husband and i want things to be great lol.

okay, i think i am getting sick..  i tried doing my taebo this morning and only got through 20 out of 53 minutes..  i feel totally drained, and i am getting a runny nose, on top of a slight sore throat..  so all my precautions with the Airborne may have been for nothing.. :(  so i am just going to be careful about my intake today, and tomorrow, and hope for the best.. i dont want to try to push myself when i just dont feel i can do it...  maybe monday will be better, i hope.... going to see if i have anything in the cabinet for sore throat/runny nose..  i will be around....  
oooooh spooky quiet here lol...  (24 hrs since the last post, and it was mine lol) okay so lets see... well rather than write a book here, just check out my journal entry lol..

i had to do go over to the base today, so on the way home stopped at taco bell/pizza hut to get the teen a pizza (nothing for me) and then mcdonalds to get the littles happy meals.. (again nothing for me :) )...  got em home, let em eat, then gave them each a helping of leftover brownie from last night.. and had two bites of it myself..  i sooooo couldnt resist that lol.. it was just tooo good, but hey, it was only two bites :P   lol.. but its all good, i am sure..  i will just knock off one of my snacks i had planned for today, and i should be fine :)
hey brigitte - sorry that we left you all alone this weekend!!  it sounds like you did a good job listening to your body and taking it easy though.  are you still feeling sick?  way to go resisting all that fast food!!  i think it's good that you gave yourself that treat ... you deserved it! :)  don't forget that it's not going to be that number on that scale that's going to make you look great for the ball, it's going to be how you look ... and you're still looking great!  so, DON'T stress about that number!
hey teen :) its all good i am use to it being a bit slow here on the weekends..  no biggie lol..  and i am not gonna stress tooo much about the numbers in this next week.. not tooo much lol..
