To Weigh In you will post a message using the following format:- Weigh In For __/__ (mm/dd)
- Current Weight
Chit-Chat is fine. I hope we can all get to know one another and truly give encouragement to one another. If you have any suggestions or comments about the club, please email me and let me know.
Just be sure your weigh ins are in bold so that I won't miss any! If you are weighing in at home on a day other than Friday, please wait until Friday to post your week's weigh in so that I don't miss any.
There may be changes, new challenges, new games, etc. as time goes by. I will always make announcements on this thread header and in a post here, so that it will be noticed, hopefully. :-)Members - You must weigh in at least once a month to remain on the member list. If you are going on vacation or there is some reason you will not be able to weigh in for over one month, please email me and let me know.
The Member List shows your starting/current/goal weights the followed by how far you are from your goal. I've broken the list into categories by weight to lose before you reach your goal. Once you reach your goal, you will be moved to the Maintenance area of the list and you may then weigh in as often or little as you'd like, just please try to keep it on Fridays.

Hello. I totally blew off weigh in last week. I'll confess, I didn't lose anything. My weight fluctuated sooooo bad and it just wouldn't stay down. This week, an okay loss.

Not bad, but I'm a little behind. So weird to see the 180's as I haven't seen that range in years. 8 more pounds until I'm moderately overweight! See ya!

So no loss this week...I am kindof thinking that my body might just be happy here as this weight which kindof bums me cuz I really wanted to see 127-128ish. Well hopefully everyone has a good week! Atleast the ones that are still around! LOL

Gained .4 lbs. I am so frustrated. I've lost 1.6 lbs in the last 5 weeks (after having lost 32 lbs since Sept.). I have been keeping my calories around 1200, without splurging, and started walking again a couple weeks ago, thinking that would jump start me again. I'm thinking my body is in starvation mode???

I'm pretty sure I didn't really gain. I was 156.8 until this morning, when TOTM water started.
I'm just going to this now because it hasn't changed in a couple weeks and unless by some small miracle I drop weight over night I'll be sure to let it be know tomorrow

Hi! I am still alive, but barely, after two weeks of traipsing around Vietnam with visitors. Two-hour long breakfasts and restaurant food twice a day almost did me in, but I managed to keep the damage under some sort of control. Still, I am a bit sad to see some of my past efforts erased. I had survived my trip to Europe with flying colours but my in-laws visit was my doom. These people are skinny but eat all day long...
Current weight for 4/4: 180 =(
I was three pounds heavier on Tuesday, when they left, so I am back on track. Restaurants are hard here because everything is full of salt and msg. I have drunk my way back to a better weight (1.5 gallons of water a day!!!), and started walking 90 minutes every morning (the heat is fierce now, 99F or more, so mornings are the only time to walk) and swimming one hour before sunset (water is so warm! It's almost body temperature). Let's hope next week will see even more progress.

Me again. I went back and read the messages I missed in the passed two weeks and I wanted to say CONGRATULATIONS! to all those who lost weight. Skier66, you are amazing, you'll soon reach the weight you had on your old scale! And nblank15, you must be so proud! I have been going circles - I have too hectic a life to really concentrate on my weight - but it's people like you that keep me going. Thank you for the hope you help us find...

Since I've been working out I'm not losing as fast...weird.

Bad week, fortunate to be at 0 gain from last week. We had a weekend away, ate out all weekend, and needless to say, I had a big jump. With hard work, I managed to get back to last week, just exactly.
Where is everybody? Again!...

A measly pound for this week. I have started walking 90 minutes every morning and swimming one hour every afternoon (at sunset only, the sun is fierce and the temperature fiercer... 100+ during the day, with a pool at almost 98!!!).
I tell myself it's because I am starting to be muscle-bound
. With the liters of sweat I am shedding, it's almost impossible to think I haven't melted yet...

Reached a HUGE milestone today. I got my rings off for the first time in about 9 years. I was just fiddling with one in the car, on the way home from dinner, when I realized it just ... might ... come -- OFF!! I let out a shriek that scared the crap out of my hubby, and then sat there bouncing and shrieking with laughter, I was so happy.
I'm SO energized to buckle down even harder to get to the next milestone -- being able to fit into my favorite suit from 10 years ago. I'm SO close to that right now. Probably could, with the right undergarments, but it's a summer suit, so I have a little more time before I could wear it, anyway.
When I got married 17 years ago, I was 117 pounds. I got up to 205, and I'm 156.8 now.

Not my best week...lucky to have lost anything, went out to dinner twice (had chicken fajitas, all of them!) and went out drinking once. I've been going to the gym 4 days a week for an hour or two...thats what saved me. Time to get back on track. Great job everyone!!!
