To Weigh In you will post a message using the following format:- Weigh In For __/__ (mm/dd)
- Current Weight
Chit-Chat is fine. I hope we can all get to know one another and truly give encouragement to one another. If you have any suggestions or comments about the club, please email me and let me know.
Just be sure your weigh ins are in bold so that I won't miss any! If you are weighing in at home on a day other than Friday, please wait until Friday to post your week's weigh in so that I don't miss any.
There may be changes, new challenges, new games, etc. as time goes by. I will always make announcements on this thread header and in a post here, so that it will be noticed, hopefully. :-)Members - You must weigh in at least once a month to remain on the member list. If you are going on vacation or there is some reason you will not be able to weigh in for over one month, please email me and let me know.
The Member List shows your starting/current/goal weights the followed by how far you are from your goal. I've broken the list into categories by weight to lose before you reach your goal. Once you reach your goal, you will be moved to the Maintenance area of the list and you may then weigh in as often or little as you'd like, just please try to keep it on Fridays.

down 0.4, seems to be getting excruciatingly slow lately! At least it's going down! Any ideas how to jump start? Getting a bit fed up now!
Hey all, Hope all is well.
A very nice loss for me this week. I've actually been writing in a journal recording the days total calories todays weight and this day last week. Yes this means weighing everyday. Now that I'm seeing a good trend I will go back and see what I've done and go from there.

Question of the Week - Motivation: Well, my biggest motivation is feeling comfortable in my body. I was not comfortable with all the bulges in my clothes, my gut, huge arms, etc. I want to actually see some structure in my face, not just the round doughyness that I've had for years. As I've lost weight and my clothes fit better, I feel sooooo much more comfortable and confident. Another motivation is fitting into the Japanese clothing brands XD. I'm such a geek for Japanese fashion, and their clothes are mostly one-size only, and if not, a very small range of sizes.
this week i've been up and down between 114.5 and 111.5. ugh. it's so frustrating.

QOTW--Motivation: I mentioned my motivation while talking about my goal weight last week--winning a bet with my sweetie(if I get to 150 by 3/1, she has to come to a two day singing convention with me) and looking good and fitting into real clothes by my neice's wedding in July--and treating myself into a real outfit, not just something I found that fits me at Salvation Army. (It is a great place to find clothes cheap for those in-between times--clothes that fit, but you won't mind passing them on when you lose more weight). I do want to keep a pair of "fat pants" so I can take a before and after pix--I also want to be healthier & live a long time. After losing 40 lbs in the last year & really working at exercising and eating better, I have much more energy and I am stronger than I was. I think better eating/exercies helps the old brain cells, too.....

I had a minor surgery on January 28th and have had to stay off my legs. Starting to improve finally and will check with doc Monday to see if it is ok for me to start light exercise. Unfortunaly I have gained back all I lost in January and will be starting over. Ho Hum.

my scale is so flakey, I have to step on it about 8 times and take the most common answer as my weight. it varies up to 5lbs in the same 3 minutes... i have been using this method all along though so I am consistent.
Current weight: 165.6
Lost .6 lbs. This is getting frustrating. Yesterday morning I weighed and it was 164.0. This morning I weighed and it was 165.6. Ugh!!!!

You too! I am pretty worried that my boyfriend, for the first time EVER in 5 years, is going to buy me some chocolates, damn him! (in a very sweet way). I will have to limit myself to 1 a day until they are gone hehe, or get him to eat lots of them!

this has been a difficult week...i came down with a bad cold on saturday, actually took tuesday off from work. I missed exercising tuesday and wednesday :(
