To Weigh In you will post a message using the following format:- Weigh In For __/__ (mm/dd)

Chit-Chat is fine. I hope we can all get to know one another and truly give encouragement to one another. If you have any suggestions or comments about the club, please email me and let me know.
Just be sure your weigh ins are in bold so that I won't miss any! If you are weighing in at home on a day other than Friday, please wait until Friday to post your week's weigh in so that I don't miss any.
There may be changes, new challenges, new games, etc. as time goes by. I will always make announcements on this thread header and in a post here, so that it will be noticed, hopefully. :-)Members - You must weigh in at least once a month to remain on the member list. If you are going on vacation or there is some reason you will not be able to weigh in for over one month, please email me and let me know.
The Member List shows your starting/current/goal weights the followed by how far you are from your goal. I've broken the list into categories by weight to lose before you reach your goal. Once you reach your goal, you will be moved to the Maintenance area of the list and you may then weigh in as often or little as you'd like, just please try to keep it on Fridays.

So on Monday I was down to 135lbs but today when I step on the scale it said 137lb so I had no movement in my weight. I have been running a bit more this week and slacking on my healthy eating...had a big bacon cheeseburger and fries yesterday for lunch and later has some chocolate cake also. It just sucks me in...lol. It seems like I do so well for most of the day and then Its like I get tired of eating "good" stuff and just crave crap. Dont know what to really do about it...its a self control thing right?

My boss brought in "treats" his wife made (she's on weight watchers) from a recipe she got on hungrygirl.com (I think) lemony angel food cake things--really good, but 1 was plenty...Thank goodness my sweetie has learned and didn't get me candy for valentine's day--Flowers instead, Yahoo--they're great to look at & I can't wait till the real ones show up outside--Come on, spring!!
We have had so much snow this week--snow removal is a major weight loss tool!! And then we lost power because of an ice storm--so I had to get up every 3 hours to fill our little wood stove so the pipes wouldn't freeze...Well, enough about me, how was everyone's week???

Bad news. I treated myself to a new digital scale and while it is very consistent it is like 7lbs higher than the old shaky analog. I'm going to suck it up and go with the new scale weight which puts me up over 200 again, sigh
Anyway, just downhill from here. At least when I step on it 3 or 4 times in a row it is exactly the same where the old one could range by 5lbs![]()
Today's weight - 204.5lbs (198lbs on the old scale) oh well.![]()

:( it's weird, the past two days i've been feeling weak and lacking energy at work even though nothing has changed with my diet and exercise. so i ate extra food to feel better and have been having bad cravings and as usual lacking self control and so i gained. i was 113 on tuesday and wednesday. :( i guess i can blame all this on it being the week before my period.

So this week I have really picked up the cardio...running a few miles a couple times a week and cut a little more junk out of my diet. Still wine is the weakness...lol!
I was surprise to have loss anyway because I had my period this week, but I never felt bloated like I normally do. Maybe the extra push in cardio help uh?

I added 15 min to my workouts, and a little bit of interval training on the machines instead of steady cardio, and finally the weight loss picked up a little.
Current weight: 159.8 (-4.4)
I've been sick the last 2 days, so its easy to lose weight when you can't keep anything down. I'm sure I'll have a gain next week. But it is nice to finally be under 160 for the first time in probably 13 years!!!!
