| 1/4 | cup all purpose flour |
| 1/4 | cup quick oats |
| 1/4 | cup coconut flakes |
| 1/4 | cup granulated sugar |
| 2 | tbsp butter |
| 3/4 | tsp golden syrup |
| 1/8 | tsp baking soda |
| 3/4 | tsp water |
- mix dry ingredients
- melt butter with syrup then add to dry ingredients
- add boiling water and baking soda
- mix quickly
- bake at 375F for 10-15 minutes
