An easy meal of fish and vegetables cooked together in parchment paper.

Recipe Ingredients for Cod Fillet en papillote

350 g cod fillet
75 g Cut Green Beans
150 g carrots
200 g zucchini
1/2 small onion
1 T olive oil
3/10 t salt
1/2 small onion
1 garlic clove
1 T apple cider vinegar
4 wedge+or+slice+1/8+of+one+2-1/8"+dia+lemon lemon
1 tbsp,+leaves thyme

Recipe Directions for Cod Fillet en papillote

  1. - Cut zucchini and carrots in thin strips (Julienne)

  2. - Finely slice the onion and mince the garlic clove

  3. - Mix vegetables together, adding the green beans, with 1/4 tsp of salt, 2T of vinegar, and 1T of olive oil.

  4. - Cut a rectangle of parchment paper and spread the vegetable mix in the middle.

  5. - Put the cod fillet on top, sprinkle with a bit of salt, pepper, and olive oil. Top with thyme sprigs and lemon slices.

  6. - Fold the parchment paper and fold the edges together making sure to seal them. You'll end up with a half-moon shape.

  7. - Put in a 400-degree preheated oven and cook for 12-15 minutes.
