Coffee taste is very personal -- and different roasts of coffee taste different, as do different strengths.

I prefer my coffee with a fair hit of 1/2 and 1/2, no sugar.  I drink a mild/med roast coffee.  Dislike milk in coffee ever (rather drink it black), but don't mind Almond Breeze in it (unsweetened)

i've never heard of anyone drinking coffee with both cream and milk in it. if you only put cream and milk, and no sugar it probably won't be bitter, but it also won't be sweet.

people like their coffee all different ways, so no one is going to be able to tell you what will taste better to you. just try them out.
Coffee with cream and milk tastes bitter...its the sugar that sweetens it up...

I drink my coffee with milk and splenda...

Cream tastes better then milk but it is more calories...If I use cream then I make sure its fat-free half and half...
do you know if coffee with cream tastes bitter?

edit: ooo thanks for answering [=
what does the creamer do for coffee??

the bitterness really depends on the roast of the coffee and the person drinking it.  To me, Starbucks tastes bitter most of the time, but Caribou Coffee coffee does not -- I fix it the same way every place I get coffee from.

The proteins in milk combine with the acids in coffee to create a viscous, rubbery solid in the body.  Cream is a better choice as it contains more fat and less protein, and "creamer"--just read the ingredients...

Refined white sugar is less toxic than more recently engineered replacements, but xylitol or stevia would be a better sweetening agent, if necessary.

But if you don't like coffee, don't drink it.

I personally like my 'Instant' coffee with 15% cream and 2 sugar. I might change my mind if the coffee was fresh brewed or flavored coffee but would still probably have the cream or milk to soften the sharpness all coffee usually has.

A side note: If you have stomach problems when drinking coffee check out your gallbladder. It may be related.
