Do coffee and tea make you loose weight? I just started a new job, and i have been tired, so i started to drink them again. I am afraid i have lost weight, I am upset about this, Do i have any other options

i cant imagine drinking that would cause a significant diff unless it was filling you up on 0 cals and causing you to in turn eat less. maybe review what you have been eating. also, add in that your activity level may have changed and factor that into a new eating pattern perhaps.
I've heard that caffeine speed up your metabolisim and help you burn more calories (56 or something like that...) but that may be just a myth ^^
