I have been mixing my own combination of cereals for several years now. My grandkids all love it and I use it for a munchy snack too in the afternoon. I mix a box each of Corn Chex, Post Bran Flakes and Fiber 4 - putting them all in a paper bag and then pouring it into a large container plus usually a little back in one of the boxes. I add no sugar and eat 2 cups of it each morning with 1% milk (110 calories). That's just 380 calories and then another cup or so (135 calories) for a snack. It's great!

I Could have cereal any time of the day as long as i have a spoon and ice cold milk i don't even need a bowl i could just cut the top off the carton of milk and pour in the cereal.

The dynamic duo of cereal teams would have to be Capt'n Crunch Peanut butter and Apple Jacks its like a Cinnamon apple with Peanut butter. That sound great don't it?

I don't have a worst tasting cereal I enjoy just about all I've tried and love to try as many as I can.
Again enjoy all three types but do tend to buy more of the puffs. My Nephews tend to like them more

If I was to invent a new cereal it would have to be a fruity cereal kind of like Cheerios but strawberries and banana and maybe cherry flavored cereal with a chocolate kind of yogurt type of thing going on every now and then so its like your eating a bowl of chocolate covered fruit (sounds de-lish I think I left the faucet on in my mouth). ;)

When I was a child my parents used to buy processed cereals for breakfast. Once I left home, I wanted to have a healthier diet and I tried to move to oatmeal, but, it was tasteless and boring. So, I started making my own version of granola. Every few weeks I buy bulk rolled oats, which I mix with some raw nuts, (usually some broken walnuts, and almonds); I add in flax seed, rolled rye, triticale, and raisins. I heat this up in the microwave with skim milk for about two minutes on high, and then let it set a few minutes. I add in some fresh chopped fruit, (apples, melon, or berries), along with a little plain lowfat yogurt. Occasionally I put some cinnamon. I've been eating this cereal for about ten years. I also eat this for other meals when I am in the mood. My wife makes gruchka sometimes. This is a broken buckwheat grain which she cooks for about 30 minutes. I didn't like it at first, but, now I love it. I also love eggwhite omelets, Kafir, and fresh fruits and cheeses for breakfast. My wife loves fried kielbasa and eggs, and while it is delicious, I prefer to stay away from sausage and red meats.
