Recipe Ingredients for Collard Greens Omelet

2 cups collard greens, chopped
1 small onion, diced
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs

Recipe Directions for Collard Greens Omelet

  1. Saute the onion and garlic.

  2. Add the collard greens and cook until softened.

  3. Crack open two eggs on top of the mixture. Allow to cook for a few minutes.

  4. Flip over egg mixture.

  5. Serve hot
