My name is Tika
I am 19 years old and I am 240 pound with 5 feet 3"
I was born in Overweight family from both my mother and father. They said that it's imposible for me to lose weight. I will prove them wrong!
Now, I am in University 2nd year. I am active and get alot of friends. People sometimes said that I am wierd (being overweight for women usually lead to low confidence).
This is my 1st day in CC and I already see the benefit of this site. I now know that consume tea with sugar can surpassed 1 egg calorie.
I know it's hard to be overweight when your friends not. Even worse we are in college and University... which... U know.. People mostly look at appearance.
People that have similarities with me can join here and share your problem. Hopefully we can help eachother
