College Students, what did you eat today?

Hey there, fellow college students. I'm a freshman in college this year, and even though I said "No freshman 15 for me, in fact I'll lose 15 by Christmas", I think that after seeing the quantity (and type) of food available, it's a legitimate threat.

So. Tell me what you ate today, and maybe what you didn't eat.

For example. This morning, I went down to "breakfast", which was really just a very makeshift set up. And instead of having a blueberry muffin that I really wanted, I got a container of Honey Nut Cheerios and a bit of milk.

If you want, say what kind of physical activity you got, too. :)

Hi everyone!! Basically I've been bulimic for the past 8 years, now I'm 22 and finally decided enough throwing up .... gross!!! So the first month I put on weight and was thinking I was going to be a huge balloon....and then guess what??? I suddenly started feeling FULL!! I've never felt full before... and I don't even feel like I want to binge... I've been such an ass!!! SO from binging/throwing up up to 6 times a day... now : NOTHING!!!!!

So anyone who is bulimic, really, trust your body!!! It really knows much more then you think it does....

A bit off track... but its exciting to be able to say what I ate today, because no binging!!! YAY!!

Brekfast: 30 grams Special K 1/2 cup skim milk

Snack: Apple

Lunch: 2 sl wholewheat bread 100 gram tuma salad

Snack: 40 grams craisins 1 cup coffee

Plan for dinner: 1 chop stirfry vegies

Snack: 1 cup milk 1 iceblock.

Breakfast: an assortment of cereals totalling one cup (a lot of total, a little granola, a little cinnamin toast crunch, a couple applejacks), about 1/2 cup skim milk

Lunch: a half a sandwich with a multigrain baguette, a little mozzarella, tomato, lettuce, hummus, pesto, and balsamic vinaigrette and a yoplait light

snacks: 50 cal piece of fruit leather, 140 cal trader joe's cereal bar

big snack: steamed tofu and veggies

another snack: half cup frozen yogurt

Going out for thai food tonight - I'll probably get tofu and veggies again :) I think it wasn't a bad day considering I felt like I was CONSTANTLY eating

breakfast: clif bar

Lunch: sandwich-veggie bologna, lettuce, tomato,and mustard, on toasted wheat bread.

dinner: very BIG salad

later: some broccoliiiii
