Colleges!

Anyone else hearing back from any colleges tonight or tomorrow! December 15th has finally rolled around and that means a ton of early action and early decision applicants are hearing the news!

I have about 1 hour 15 minutes left until I find out... AHHHHHHH! =O

I'm in college, but I remember the unbearable anticipation! Which ones are you hoping to get into?

Hahaha! Where did you apply? I'm a sophomore at Arizona State University, so I found out a while ago ;)

well i'm already in college, but i'm reliving that whole nightmare with my brother at the moment. he already got into florida state university and florida international university (where i go), and he's waiting to here from university of florida. although he's getting a bunch of coaches from all of these other universities trying to recruit him for football.

the anticipation is killing me...seriously I have my heart set on PSU and OMG i want to know!!

Oh man! I remember the anticipation! But honestly, once college applications are out of the way, all you have to do is sit back, work your senior year, and wait. It's not NEARLY as bad as the filing period and applying. Best of luck to all you calorie count seniors! :)

 My brother went to FIU. All I remember from that school is the auditorium and the food court =P

lolol the food court is pretty cool. auditorium.....this school has like seven or something. it's a pretty cool school. kind of randomly placed in the city.

 I remember being in awe when I saw the food court haha but so bad for fast food cravings.

I don't remember which auditorium I went to... I went there for a show actually... I was in my HS dance show and they did it there.

 

i just found out that i got into NYU! yeeee!!

nice! Two of my best friends from HS go to NYU. One's an English major, the other is Drama. What "school" did you get into?

If you applied before the Nov. 30 deadline you should hear from Penn State soon!  It's where I'm goingg I got my acceptance last week :)

LOL yeah i've pretty much stopped taking classes anywhere near the food court. not even the same building. the smell of burger king is evil.

i got into UNH last week, and im waiting to hear from other schools soon...

im sad that i have heard nothing about any tennessee vols on this thread...but good luck to everyone who has applied and is waiting to find out! i remember the stress of it all!

I was supposed to hear from my first safety school yesterday on the 15th, but when I went to get my mail there was no letter at all... SO I called admissions and they said that people in-state get their letters on the 15th, because they mailed everything out on the 14th... I won't hear until Tuesday or Wednesday!!!

I remember going through that last year...what a pain.  I'm a freshman at Valparaiso University in Northwest Indiana.  Great private university...I'd highly recommend it.  It's really diet friendly...no Burger King or McDonalds, just the cafeterias with nutritional information posted all over.

Good luck with applying to colleges!  I hope you get into your first choice!

Hahah, oh man, this time two years ago was pure hell. I checked the mailbox every five minutes starting at two pm every single day.. and then there was this whole mess with my transcript getting lost, and i had to wait a whole month!

everything has a way of working out. i got into the ultra-competitive nursing program only to figure out that i dont even want to be a nurse. had i not gotten in, it would really not have been the end of the world.

I got accepted to Ohio State... I got the letter on Friday.

...and I'm still waiting for the phone call that I got on Thursday and couldn't take because I was at the high school for pep band/basketball game. Chances are that I'll get another call tomorrow night, while I have to be up at the high school again for the same reason.

So, I suppose I'll eventually get the call and get things in motion.

congrats to all you guys who got accepted!!! must be such a relieving feeling.

did anyone not get into their first choice? don't be embarrassed, we're here for the moral support.
