| 1 | yellow pepper, chopped |
| 3 | tablespoons unrefined toasted sesame oil |
| 3 | tablespoons brown rice vinegar |
| 1 | juice of 1 lemon or lime |
| 2 | tablespoons tamari or Bragg |
| 1/2 | teaspoon crushed red pepper |
| 1 | teaspoon salt |
| 1/2 | teaspoon fresh ground black pepper |
- bring lentils to boil, simmer 45 minutes
- let cool
- add other ingredients. mix.
