Combining Exercise with Life
Hi Everyone!I am 27 (tomorrow!) and I work full-time and am a graduate student on top of that. As you can guess time is at a premium. Because of this, my normal exercise loves dancing, biking and running have been mostly left by the waste side until after graduation in September.
Due to my hectic lifestyle I'm becoming a big proponent of combining exercise with everyday activities. I live on the 10th floor of a building and try to take the stairs up once a day. I walk to the market and carry my bags back. I do butt and ab clinches throughout the day at my desk (when I remember!!)
What other sort of exercises can one do in normal life?
