so everyone has something about their bodies that they want to fix...u know that "problem area" im just curious to know what everyone's else problem areas are. for me its my bust. right now my bra size is a 40J and i cant hardly do anything without it torturing my back, so i had two choice...get a breast reduction or lose weight...what about u, what are u working on?

I hate my thighs  They aren't really even all that big.  But they aren't firm, and I have enough cottage cheese to feed a family...
My "bingo wings" (saggy arm skin, ewwww) and my horrible, wobbly belly. It's just grim!
i hate from the belly button down to the very tops of my thighs that seems to be my problem area! grrrr
My thunder thighs.  My hubby says they've improved since I've started exercising, but I just don't see it - other parts of me have slimmed down noticably, but my thighs are just still too jiggly.

"Mommy tummy". That little pooch that doesn't get toned until you reach 10% body fat! Ha. Also, I am a little bummed that weight loss and body fat loss had led to boob loss and saggage. You can never have it all. Cry

After all, don't we all spend more than enough time obesessing over what we dislike about our bodies as it is?  :)  Let's work on kicking that habit, rather than embracing it.  :)

I was just coming in to post the same thing! I refuse to spend my energy hating anything, especially and including my body. I wasted too much time in my 20s doing just that.

Right now my favorite part of my body would be my thighs -- I'm seeing definition there, and it's pretty dang cool.

What parts of your body do you like??

I'm lovin' my legs too!  Running and spin class are firming them up and the muscles are becoming VERY defined... sexy...

And my stomach is sooo much flatter, if it weren't for the 'mommy pooch' it would be completely flat!  I don't mind the pooch though, it's easy enough to cover up!

Love your bodies everyone, it's the only one you've got!  What you deem as faults in your own body make you unique and beautiful.

Tummy and love handles. I am small framed, and fat will not go anywhere else in my body except these 2 places.

haha but I don't stress. I just try to eat healthy and exercise regularly. I love my body, and I always feel sexy, even though I got a little curve to me..lol
Hah. The only thing I'd really like to change at the moment is my supposed 'pooch'. I'll get there. :(
I have to go with the same thing, that I am here to be positive, not to complain. I like the way I am sticking to my diet and exercise as much as possible--it is really important for me. I started a list of reasons to lose weight, and I am up to 63 reasons, so when I start to wimp out, I just think about one of those reasons--there are enough to choose from...then I just add as I think of another one!

 But, you're all so lucky when your trouble area is something fixable. My trouble area is my stretch marks, they make me feel so blah. Even though, they've gotten much better. I had my first baby a year ago. I've lost all of my baby weight, but those stretch marks get me down....

I try so hard to build my body into tiptop condition. That way if anyone ever says anything to me about them. Pointing them out as ugly I can say " says you! " Which I know is wrong. Especially since nobodies ever said a negative word to me regarding them. But, still yet. >_< That's my confidence dropper.

But, I'm actually really happy with my overall body. I'm the healthiest I've ever been and content with my body shape.

 Stretch marks are a small price to pay for a perfect healthy baby. =-P
hmm sometimes i like my stomach, other times i dont. after i've had a big dinner, i dont like my stomach cuz the little poof at the bottom sticks out plain as day...but when i havent i think i like my stomach! there's like a shadow of some abs there...

but i dont like my inner thighs. my legs are actually pretty thin and decent looking, but there's just ONE spot....grrr.

Oddly enough, the part of my body I hate most has nothing to do with how fat it is.  I've just always hated my breasts 'cause of the shape of them and the way they sit on my chest.  I feel like I have an old lady chest, but I know it's not age-related or fat-related, 'cause they've been this way as long as I've had them :-( .  As vain as it might sound, if I had the money for a breast lift/reshaping, I would do it in a minute just so I wouldn't be this self-conscious the rest of my life!

oh, definately my thighs and my butt. I am not huge, by any stretch of the imagination, but I always have to buy pants a size bigger just to fit my thighs and my butt... :-(

 

My Tights and my ass are still too big. But the good news is, they both got smaller since I started losing weight.

But not by the amount I had wished for, instead my whole body from my tights up(belly, arms, face) got perfectly slim, I really look strange now lol...

But there isn't that much fat left in my belly so I guess that I will very soon lose the last pounds rapidly in my tights and to be honest I already feel it getting off finally, but slowly...

I hate my stomach and arms!
