Its healthy to have something a little unhealthy now and again in our diets. We especially always grab the first fat ridden, calorie infected consumables that we see when we're feeling down... break-up? hit the ice cream tub... or at special occasions... family party? buffet table!

So when you're feeling down, or ready to be a little bit "naughty" within your calorie limit - whats your number one favourite sugar loaded, sticky, yummy treat? - a billion calories or not, doesnt matter!
Im not leaving you ED's out either! What did you used to indulge on before your disorder... or what do you miss that you feel you can't munch on anymore?

Personally, Im an ice cream girl! Ben & Jerries and Hagen Daaz OOH YUM. Looking forward to having it GUILT FREE!! :D
Im also a big fan of churros... even though ive not had one in three years (when we went to orlando, I tried one for the first time at universal studios) It was brilliant!

or of course something involving peanut butter..like waffles with peanut butter

so good

Mm def have to have PB in there.
Hot Brownie or mud cake. :D. I've never had PB pie but that'd prolly be it. Or PB brownies
To me, comfort food is anything with meat and gravy over noodles or mashed potatoes.  Or if it must be sweet, Bread Pudding with hard sauce.
Mykanos, my husband couldn't agree with you more...loves his meat, potatoes and gravy!!!  My comfort food is mac & cheese or beans on toast (British comfort food!)  I crave fresh baked goods like cookies and brownies in the sweet department.  Home made chocolate cake or berry PIE!!!

shepards pie (veggies, ground beef, mashed potatoes mixed topped with cheese] =]

anddd anything with noodles / italian

mexican food

Chinese

haha dang .. i should just say anything bad for me is comforting

red mashed potatoes and gravy.  I once ordered five 'orders' of mashed potatoes and gravy at a restaurant.  They looked at me funny, but it was exactly what I really wanted.  I sat there and ate a HUGE bowl, smothered in rich, salty delicious chicken/beefy gravy.  Man, that was good.

I"m not that much of an ice cream person, dark chocolate is my treat when watching my calories.  Hot chocolate with whip cream, chocolate pieces and chocolate syrup, and made with real milk instead of water is my downfall.  And a biscoitti.

Homemade banana bread

Muffins, especially banana

Pancakes with butter and syrup and nuts

Red velvet cake with cream cheese icing

Fried rice from my favorite Japanese place

White pasta with butter and parmesan cheese

My mom's spaghetti

This middle eastern rice dish that my mom has always made for us growing up

Black walnut ice cream

Grilled cheese sandwiches

Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches

Cereal with milk

Pimiento cheese

Baked sweet potatoes with butter

Munster or Swiss cheese sandwiches with mayo on pumpernickel bread

Oh and brownies...

What a random list!  It makes me sound like such a pig!  But I can't help it, I love my food...
I'm all about warm and creamy.  Liked mashed potatoes or pasta with heavy cream sauce.  I always feel to guilty to eat the pasta but I couldn't live without mashed potatoes.

I have a sweet tooth the size of Hudson's Bay :)

Let's see, specifics include:

- dark chocolate, esp. Cocoa Camino fair trade 71% cocoa

- chocolate covered blueberries

- chocolate malt balls (see a theme here?)

- Cadbury creme easter eggs

- sugar pie, sort of like pecan pie without the pecans, a jillion calories

- strawberry cheesecake from the pub around the corner, mmm so creamy

- creme caramel or creme brulee

- chocolate sabayon cake from another nearby restaurant, super rich and dark

- chocolate pudding cake from a third restaurant (we live near the restaurant strip)

-chocolate chip cookies not cooked all the way, with a big glass of milk!

-Ihop's pancakes with strawberry syrup

-alfredo

-any kind of cheese biscut

-FRIED chicken!

-mashed potatoes

-maccaroni and cheese

I am more or less carb city. hahaha

I miss all the burgers i've eaten from any fast food chain I can remember, but I miss ColdStones mint and chip ice cream the most.

How could I forget my beloved buttermilk pancakes with butter and maple syrup!!!

Major comfort food.

16 oz+ steak with fries or mashed potatoes.

Fish and chips

Chicken Fingers and fries

Pint of Ben and Jerry's

def pop tarts or peanut butter :) i love 'em
Refried beans

Ice Cream (especially the kinds with chunks in it)

Chicken Soup

Dried mango

Pumpkin pie
Anything that involves peanut butter and chocolate!
instant maple brown sugar oatmeal with 2 tbsp peanut butter....omg it's HEAVEN

a BIG BLIZZARD from dairy Queen, peanut butter, pizza, italian food or baked goods

The other day I baked a whole batch fo cookies and ate them all and then the day after that I ate 6 slices of pizza Sealed & suprisingly enough i'm only 9 lbs away from my goal wreight!

CHEESY, spicy Mexican food is definitely #1 on my list. It ALWAYS sounds good!

The runners-up are:

Cinnabons

macaroni and cheese

mashed potatoes with lots of BUTTER

Fluffy buttermilk pancakes with butter and maple syrup.

Doughy cheese pizza

Buttery rice pilaf that my mom makes

So, basically, if it has a bunch of refined carbs and lots of fat, I'm down. Laughing

Reeses blasts from Sonic Drive In. !

3 Muskateers

M&M's

Kit Kat

Butterfinger

mac & cheese

pizza

everything at golden corral

everything at chinese buffets

REAL snowcones... not the S.F. kind now which I have ! lol
