Checking out Jules question about how to log water. A suggestion I have given out in the past is to write it in your journal. But recently I have seen someone suggesting about making it a manual entry and not adding vol or something like that. Then tagging the manual entry. I think I've seen this sort of response in the Calorie-Count forum, maybe by the user christinavt, but I could be wrong with that guess. I am going to try to find it... but I really suck at searching the public forums.

Also, I wrote a really nice thread about the effects of sugar on a diet, I am often referring back to it for answers for myself and sometimes in reponse on the public forums. Here is the link: http://www.calorie-count.com/forums/post/9722 .html
Great stuff everyone - thanks so much!

Yes, ix doing a manual entry with no weight would not assign a grade and avoid the problem most people have with logging water pulling down their daily grades.

Let us know if there is anything Igor and I can do to help :)
measurements
I would like to add this question and answer:

http://www.calorie-count.com/forums/post/1750 2.html
I think I would like to also add something along this subject. About how to weigh yourself and weighing in general.

http://www.calorie-count.com/forums/post/1750 4.html

I personally have a question that I would like answered! (I guess I should go Google it =) and report back.

How many ounces of water equals one pound of weight?
Here, I just found this:

http://www.calorie-count.com/calories/help.ph p?id=7

The scatter in the data (blue curve) could make you believe that Erik was experiencing a yo-yo effect at that time. In reality, however, the scatter was induced by the variation in his water weight, which obviously amounted to up to 4 pounds from one day to another. That?s why it is a good idea to be able to see a trendline of that data (green line), which tells us that Erik actually lost 6 pounds in that time period.

But what I want to know is how much water equals one lb. =)
