Conditioning and Weight Training
OK guys ... I'm scheduling for next semester's classes ... tomorrow.
There's a 50-minute, twice-a-week class for conditioning and weight-training that I could sign up for, free of charge.
I'd sign up for it but ... it's just ... I have no idea what the class will consist of, exactly. Not sure I'd be able to stick with it all semester, and it's not something I can just drop.
Anyone in a conditioning and weight-training class? What's it like?

I schedule in the morning ... can't anyone help me?
Is the class a college credit class? Conditioning and weight training can be fun. Usually its reps on various weight machines designed to get the different muscle groups in a circuit with some cardio thrown in for good luck. Actually, classes like that can be just the thing, and can provide some structure. I always had an easier time sticking with it in that kind of environment.
I'd go for it.

I take a weight lifting class at the local Comm college and love it. I took it over the summer and then this semester and will continue taking it each semester. I get in free too cuz hubby is a dean the CC but I figure even if I had to pay for it iits still cheaper than a gym membershio.
OUr class is the first few meeting the instructor shows us how to work the equipment and then after that she helped us develop a program and now I'm on my own. OUr school has open lab hours so we can come and go as we please just as long as we do at least 2 hours a week. I say go for it.
