Confession to make
I used to be very active. I used to have a personal trainer and I would work really hard at the gym. But lately I've become lazy and less motivated.
No more excuses. I think I am lazy and I really don't wanna be. I want to be fit and active.
What motivates you to workout?
what motivates me is concentrating on one part of my body I want to change the most. For me it's my arms and legs, more so my arms because summer is coming up and I want toned arms in t-shirts not bingo wings! Everytime I do a workout I feel like I am melting it all away and I am imagining my lovely toned arms.
Also I always feel so much less anxious and more relaxed after I have worked out. So even when I don't feel like it, I get off my butt and do it and concentrate on those feelings of relaxation and wellbeing afterwards.
Have you got anything to work out with at home? At least if you do some working out at home you might find that's easier than making it to the gym as you have not actually got to go anywhere.

I saw on another post the couch-to-5k running plan. I think I'm going to give it a try.
I have to agree with wanting to work on my arms and stomach. Summers in Florida = tank tops and I am so tired of looking at myself with chubby arms. I have been really trying to strength train my arms esp. Plus, doing a bit of cardio to speed up the weight loss.
