Confessional - join if needed.

Hello, I must confess that I binged last night.  In weakness and tiredness and temptation, I gave in - seeking that feeling of control that can be found in reaching that feeling of fullness.  I don't know whether anyone else seeks that same feeling, but that is the feeling I am longing to rid myself of.

But I just needed to admitt my mistake.  If anyone else feels the need to do the same - here's a chance.

I am still on the wagon.

And thanks for listening.

hello,  I understand about binge eating.  That is my eating disorder as you may say.  I suffer from depression and when I am down I binge eat.  I know the feeling of wanting to feel full.  What I'm trying to do is replace the food with something positive.  For example I like to write, so I journal.  It helps sometimes but I have confess that I did binge eat this week also.  What we don't need to do is beat ourselves up over it.  It sounds like your handling things great.  Your comment "still on the wagon" proves you are still doing this cal. count.

Good Luck to you

I know the exact feeling you speak of. I manage usually to do fairly well during the day, at work, even in the evening but at night I will wake up and be driven to the fridge and binge in a near panic state until I reach the feeling. This is the most intense time for me and it is very hard to get through it without binging. So far, I hav ebeen able to grab healthy things and save up cals for this during the day. If I don't have bad stuff in the house, it helps to make it through.

Anyone know why this happens at night or experience this themselves?

i need to confess as well. i am on an ana high right now before i hit my low.

i just want to be happy.
