Confused..Another Calorie/Carb Question

Ok guys so Im still going strong on my weight loss journey and so far since June 9th I've gone from 294 to 278.  My routine includes working from 8:30 to 5:30 at a Dr.s office so Im not always on my booty. Except this last week has been purty laid back so Ive been on it a little bit more. Ok then every evening since the 9th Ive been working out at a gym for 1 hour. 30 minutes on the treadmill and 30 minutes on the eliptical. On average when I put my weight in on the machine I burn between 600-700 calories. Ok now I know Im gonna get alot of comments about my food intake. It includes no more than 800 calories and not more than 20 grams of carbs.  So my question for anyone than can offer any help.  Does anyone know if my weight loss has been a combination of low calorie intake/exercise or low carb intake/excersise?  This is my plan... I plan to lose all the weight that I need to lose at a faster pace then when I get to a healthy weight I plan  to maintain a healthy lifestyle of eating rite.
