ok so today i didnt have the best day

im not gonna make excuses but during the day at school i only had about 500 calories and also had an hour and a hlaf football (soccer) training

when i got home i had a couple of biscuits (200) and freaked out about the lowness and the fact its my hopsital weigh in 2moz and i havent had the best week

so i managed 2 eat about 1700 calories in like 3 1/2 hours

is this healthy? and also i was wonderin as i consumed so much, will it take me longer to digest, and therefore stay in me for longer, affecting my weight? as i dont want 2 appear 2 have gained a kilo this week and then nexr week have dropped it all? this is something i have always been confused about does the amount (the weight of it not the calories)you eat the night before a weigh inmake a difference on your actual weight?

i ate steak, baked potato, vegetables, biscuits, crackers, pb and chocolate throughout this evening if that makes a difference.

thanks

note: i dont classify this as a binge, even tho its alot in a short time,  as it was not out of control at all it was just tryin 2 make a bad day better, and there is no guilt at all

I think it is good that you ate calories throughout the evening to make up for a low intake. However, in the future, be better prepared. Eat a heartier breakfast and take suitable snacks to keep your intake high through school. It should not take any longer for the food you ate to digest. Don't worry about your weigh in, just take it as it comes.
