| Get started by telling us a little bit about yourself! | ||
this group is to help teens lose weight easy and fun you will never be hungry and will lose weight the first week even up to 5 pounds.
the first thing u should do is go to the store with ur parents buy what ever non processed foods u can get those foods would be like any thing u can get off a tree like-apples
&n bsp; grapes
&n bsp; bananas and much more!!!
these foods are healthy and will keep u filled
next thing u want to do is eat every 2 hours from the time u get up and 4 hours before u got to sleep
example-say u wake up at 7 a.m and u eat
the next time u would eat would be at 9 then 11 then 1 then 3pm and then at 5 will be your last meal
for each of those hours u would want to eat any of the non processed foods u have but make sure that the amount is no bigger than the size of ur hand
remember for ur last meal always end it off with a salad and put wat ever u want in it that doesnt have too much calories in it
then for dissert u can have a little snack bar and for a treat make it 100 calories
after ur last meal go work out for atlest 30 minutes or more
the more exersise the more calories u burn
YES I NO THIS MAY SOUND LIKE UR EATING A LOT BUT EATING EVERY TWO HOURS MAKES UR MOTABOLISM WORK FASTER
STICK TO THIS DIET AND I PROMISE U, U WILL LOSE WEIGHT WITHOUT BEING HUNGRY !!!!
