SO confusing.

I'm 17, 5'6 (and a half!) and 125 lbs. I am a "recovered" anorexic and have been for a year and a half. I've been maintaining my weight of 125 for almost all that time. But recently, I've been having "mini-binges" every day of about 500 ish calories. Normally I like eating around 1800, but for the past week, its been 2300. I've gained a little bit of weight (2 lbs) because of this, and its kinda scaring me, because I was really happy with my weight at 125, and i have my period and everything. I just don't want to gain anymore weight =\ . Oh and I'm pretty active, I have soccer 1-2 times a week, and i go for hour long walks at a pretty brisk pace everyday. I just feel like I'm eating immense amounts of food when I don't need to be.

Why am i "mini-binging"? I'm eating enough and I weigh enough, so I don't understand why this is happening!

You're actually not eating enough at all.  Assuming you exercise about 1 hour total a day...if you were to average your activity for the week then you burn 2400 calories. 1800 is definitely undereating for someone of your height and age. You might feel like you are eating a lot because of your ED history, but really 2300 is right where you should be. Trust your body!! :) congrats on recovering. Also, i might mention that you being 17 and going through puberty can cause your weight to go up since your internal organs do develop into your 20s.
