Confusion/Question on the 30-day Shred

I just completed Day 5, Level 2 of the 30-day shred. I though i would be done with this "shred" after 30 days. Now people say it takes a lto more weeks than that to get results. After  I reach Day 30, should i start back on Level 1 again and continues this process? but wouldn't my body get sued to the workout? i'm very confused! Can anyone offer advice/knowledge? Thank you!
